I am speechless by the absolutely disturbing experience we had in this place... they had NOTHING and I mean NOTHING to sell.... there was 1 person working and they informed us that ever since the weekend no one had come in to work resulting in no product made and everything being dirty and old!! Poor them, I felt so bad because they were so embarrassed of not having anything to sell to us. They ended up pulling out 3 strawberry popsicles that weren’t even frozen yet and placed them in a cup and threw all the toppings in there😭 I was still charged normal price for a liquidy product that tasted heavily of strawberry concentrate. This place should be shut down... please close it down....

Could have been great! Managment non existent, just failed poorly.

I’ve gone three times and no chocolate each time. I’m not paying for a $4 popsicle without their chocolate gimick and neither should you.

They have no toppings and chocolate. The lady doesnt tell you this before you purchase. So 4$ for a plain popsicle that tastes flavorless.

Both times I visited were amazing! Staff is very friendly and the popsicles were great.

Various flavors of tropical fruit sorbets and flavors like walnut, hazlenut, etc. in gelato pops. Pops can be dipped in chocolate and dry toppings like nuts, coconut flakes, etc. Pop flavors are a little bland and chocolate toppings seem to dominate the pop flavors. Skip the chocolate dip and eat the pop plain.

I was instantly greeted by a smiling face from an Asian girl, ready and apt to serve me a popsicle. The taste of the popsicle was exquisite and hand crafted. I love this store and am willing to come again.

My mom and I stopped in yesterday because we saw some other shoppers who had some and thought it looked tasty. I had the pineapple pop dipped in white chocolate and waffle cone bits. It was really good! Customer service on the other hand can ruin a customers total experience and negatively impact business reviews. There was a young Asian girl making our order and she looked like she hated her job. No smiles, no acknowledgement of us until we told her what we wanted, and she had an attitude because we were indecisive with it being our first time. Nothing about her was positive. Management needs to make sure employees exude company values.

In and out of this place. Nice flavor options on the pops. Got the nephews the mandarin and a pistachio. Both loved it

Entered and said it was our first time. The employee just stared at us.-What do you recommend?-This is what we have left.-Do you have chocolate?-no-ok, so, Ill have this one?Handed it to me and charged me without offering a dip.My wife asked:-Is this a chocolate dip?-yes-but, didnt you... Oh well...

Prices are about on par with any other ice cream shop, which is not cheap. It is worth it. The amount of flavor and topping possibilities is very nice, although it seems to change each time i visit. The matcha shake is AMAZING. I have been craving it since i tried it.

I really enjoy going here. We stop in almost every time we visit Baybrook! Friendly staff great Popsicles!

Everytime I come here they are out of chocolate. Along with being out of chocolate today, they were also out of almonds. I asked for the managers name and the two girls working didnt know. I tried giving my number for the points system and learned they dont do that anymore. Good grief! Cant run a business like this. The employees seem bothered by the customers, we interrupted their phone scrolling sessions.

Popgelato was good, but the girl checking out kept her gloves on while she checked out and took the cash. I had to tell her that was a safety issue and she needed to change them after handling cash or other items. She did but did not seemed concerned. Watch how they handle your food.

Overrated and overpriced. The pistachio popsicle I had was stale and awful and the strawberry one was pretty unremarkable. Nothing I cant find at my local grocery store. As a matter of fact, Ive had better ones from there. For $5 a popsicle I expect better quality than that. I was very disappointed

Expensive for the small size, but not bad. Loose a point for the pistachos not tasting fresh.

1 star- I’m giving 1 star due to the lack of concern they showed me due to an allergic reaction.  They have a sign that reads ‘Tell us if you have allergies’.  We did, and they went to the back and grabbed a ‘clean’ popsicle and made us feel safe.  Our 4 year old ate it and had a reaction (peanut or tree nut).  We spent one hour in emergency care.  We called to share this information and they showed complete disinterest in preventing this from happening again, they were BUSY and had to get off the phone.  They made me feel as if this was my fault. I was trying to help this store prevent a more serious situation. Terrible lack of concern. OK place if you want to spend $6 on a popsicle.

Great selection and flavor and low calories! Highly recommend strawberry or chocolate!
