Do not do business with this location. This used to be a reputable business that sold quality merchandise. As of lately and a management change the place has drastically changed. Half of the items they sell do not work. The give you pennies for expensive sought after items. You will not get a fair deal here. Im not sure about other locations. They have over 800 stores Nation wide, but I would highly recommend staying away from the friendswood location. They are vultures circling for the feast on your wallet.

Drove from the northside to buy an item they posted online and it was the WORST experience I ever had at a pawnshop EVER. Everyone needs training in customer communication. I still bought item the item anyway

Wow!! Ive visited this location several times both for good deals and to pawn a few things when money is tight. I brought in an Alexa Echo which retails for $239.99 and asked for $75-$100, the manager in the back didnt even look at it and said she would do $15.00. Went to EZ Pawn and such a nicer atmosphere and got $100. Will not be going back to any Cash America!

Horrible place, it s clean, and that is all you can say good about it!Totally rude people, act very condescending, and to be honest, some look like they are streetwalkers working a 2nd job before hitting the street later on, and act just about as nice. Believe me, you will NOT get anywhere what you want for your items, I realize they have to make money, dont we all, but...their arrangements are just plain silly, and as stated above, the way they treat you is totally NOT worth doing business with these creepy people, it is like they are taking out their frustrations on you. Do business with them at your own peril. Oh, and I am being overly nice with my review, much better, to the point words could be used but, not good for kids.

Called to see if they accept printers was told that I would have to bring in my computer so they can test it. Ive never of something so stupid that they cant test it on a computer there.

Called a d asked how much were they paying for an oz of hold and the employees couldnt give me a price because he had to see the item.I was only asking for their pay out on an oz of hold.Not an item, besides that, he seemed to be talking through his teeth because I was very hard to figure out what he was saying and on top of that he hunged up on me.111/19/18 at 6:00 pmHow do they expect to do any business?
