I just had my media room upgraded by Smart Residenz . They were very professional and helpful from day one. I needed to upgrade my current home theater with a projector and screen. They didn’t care that it was a small project, they listed out all the option and despite my back and forth they were patient and gave me advice that I thought was very reasonable. I had checked with other professionals and what these guys were advising checked out. Their prices are very competitive and pretty upfront on what they can do and offer and what they cannot.They installed my projector and screen ahead of schedule and I am satisfied with it. I was exploring few others options to setup our media room including Best Buy before I contacted Smart Residenz LLC for an estimate via WhatsApp. The 3 Smartz showed up very next day at my home and walked me thru the options and their process after visiting my media room pre-wiring stuff. Very next day I have received the estimates for the three options that I was interested in. I just got impressed with their estimates and picked one. Their estimates were way better than any other vendors that I was exploring. One other thing that my media room was pre-wired for 5.1 also had no power-outlet for the projector as I was originally thinking of installing big screen TV. But Smart team looked at attic area above the media room and decided to take the challenge to run the power and media cables all the way from the screen area.Within a week, they came for a day when it was very cold outside but they managed to do all the extra wiring without any issues in the attic area for the missing power and media cables to extend for 7.1 audio system. It was very tough work that I was watching for few hours in that small attic area that too it was very cold. Hats off them, they did it together as team work without any hitches all the way to the end! I was worrying about running the wires/cables thru the walls/carpet area inside room if no luck and have to cut thru more dry wall etc. It wasnt necessary at all after their hard work. This is the best thing that I would recommend having our own native people who really work hard and kind to help also succeed on their own business side! I am not sure how it would have been with other vendors.All other things were looked like their regular tasks that went on very smooth when they came on another day for installing 135 inch screen, Martin Logan audio components also a loaner projector. My Sony 4K native projector was back ordered so they installed a loaner projector to keep my media room running for the holiday season. That was cool! Within another few weeks I got my Sony 4K installed within 30 mins and now we are officially running our own AMC at my home!Well done Yuvaraj, Rajesh and Gopi! Some of my friends who has house with same builder has same issue, so their vender didn’t install overhead speakers. Smart residenz did our media room recently. Our house was five years old and the game room was not specifically designed for media room. Yuvraj, Gopi and Rajesh went above and beyond to help us design everything including selection of equipment, interior paint, screens and carpet. They also have the best pricing on the equipment. When our Sony projector had a problem few days after installation, they took ownership of the problem, coordinated with Sony for replacement and installed a loaner projector in the interim. Overall, the Smart residenz team is the best in pricing media equipment, workmanship and responsiveness to any issues. We highly recommend them. We are very happy with how our media room turned out and enjoy it every chance we get.

We did our media room project with Smart Residenz and must say they did a very decent job. We are extremely pleased with the consultation we received on selection of equipments and execution of the project. Their pricing is very competitive as well. All in all it was good choice we made by going with Smart Residenz.

Scam. These guys are under investigation with multiple vendors for violations. The real company who did our installation showed us the proof. They dont have the right to sell many of the top brands and will lose more for cheating. They are giving good pricing by breaking manufacturer approved pricing rules and it wont last. They have been in business for less than 2 years and you can see that on the state comptroller site. Stop posting fake reviews and follow the rules. Buyer beware.

Smart Residenz set up my Home theater room and they were patient and dedicated in their service, I say dedicated because they hit a few roadblocks while setting things up, but did not give up and probably made the final output a lot more pleasing than what it could have been. They did not hesitate in actually walking up all around my attic at 12:30 in the middle of the night to get some of the wiring done right and they were pretty professional as well as friendly. All in all, they were great and set me up with loaner items till my actual items showed up and they will come back multiple times to set things right if you have any issues once setup as well and they worked very well within my budget too. I would highly recommend them.

Smart Residenz installed media room at my house and they really did an exceptional job. I could not be happier than this. They are a team of 3 and each one is expert in particular area of the setup. Right from the start their service is great. They gave me very competitive pricing yet meeting my expectation with the brands and models and also answered all my questions. After I confirmed the project, they started and completed the project within a week which is really quick compared to how long other providers take to start and finish and thats not even the best part. The best part is, how they did the job professionally. My house did not have access to the attic to run cables inside the wall but they used their expertise and patiently ran the cables inside the walls even though I was ok with using the plastic cable cover to run along the walls. This shows how much they are committed to providing the best customer service. At the end of the project, all I have is a beautifully and perfectly installed media room without any visible cables or drill holes. Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. Not only are they clearly scamming people (they sent me an estimate with cheap products that were severely overpriced - so, clearly price gouging), but cannot find them anywhere as authorized retailers of products, which means no warranty protection. Yikes. If you check on the Texas Business entity website, they only opened this year, and the lack of experience shows in volumes.I am an audiophile, and my husband is an engineer, and they tried to quote me Kef and DefTech, which are cheap, tin-like and not even in the audiophile wheelhouse. They attempted to quote Martin Logan, but the pairings were off and would have sounded bad together, in addition to an underpowered receiver. Clearly their clientele is undereducated in audio or they would not be able to pull the wool over peoples eyes so easily. Do your research - these guys don’t know anything about audio and you will waste your money.They also charge for calibration, but avoided questions about how they calibrate and what audio certifications they have (which clearly they have none). Every receiver has a basic calibration option (don’t forget my husband is an engineer and we know what we are buying) and they are, I’m sure, using that, which is amateur at best. Also, cheap screens - ones that you can buy from other retailers for lower costs.I chose to go with another custom integrator in the area, that had way more experience and have audio engineers on staff. And, I got all my quotes back from other businesses in a few days - Smart Residentz took a week and I had to remind them.Not a quality company. If you want a poor system, with bad communication and nearly no experience, by all means. But, some of us don’t want to waste our hard earned money. I called a couple of your speaker brands specifically, and they assured me that your business is NOT AUTHORIZED to sell their products. You may be able to fool some people, but not people who do their research. Sorry.

Very professional experience from start to finish! Excellent communication through out the process including understanding of requirements and then working with us to make it work. They (Yuvraj, Gopi, Rajesh) do the install themselves. So, no surprises during install. Definitely recommended.
