I am very grateful to this Auto Zone team including managers, Molly, Alex, & Stephen!! They have come to my aid EVERY time I ask!! Most pressing issues being key fob & maintaining it until new fob arrives, helping me start my car after battery died, & great Customer Service!! I buy my coolant & transmissions fluid there every week…I am forever grateful to them for treating me as a very valued customer & respecting me even tho’ I am a 75 yo widow working on a limited budget!! Thank you for having such well qualified employees who are committed to customer service!!!

Store good. Corporate bad. Read on...The online ordering process went pretty smooth. I was able to determine this location had all the parts I needed in stock. After placing the order I started heading to the store (about 30 minute drive) and half way there I received notification my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the site there was a little wait before my turn at the counter. I was able to quickly get my order and be omw to repairing my vehicle in no time.Now here is my complaint. Its not the store fault but a corporate one. When I went to the website it gave me a coupon code for $10 off my order. But upon checkout it wouldnt let me use it unless I ordered parts shipped from one store to another or to my home. Then as part of the online ordering process it created me a rewards account. Then in bold letters it said that this transaction was not eligible for rewards. At the store there was a sign in the entrance that said $5 rewards for signing up as a new member if you spend over $20. I dont understand why my ordering online for in store pickup caused me to lose out on all the rewards and discounts. I spent almost $200 on brake shoes, drums, hardware and fluids.UPDATE: Logged into the website the day after my purchase and see this 20% of orders over $100 with free shipping. Honey tried this coupon code and it was also denied due to in store pickup.

Visited this Location for the first on 08/14/21. Needed a new Battery, the employee installed my Battery without any problems. At least what I thought. Got in my Vehicle during my lunch hour on 08/17/21. My Vehicle wouldn’t start and nothing would come on. Had my vehicle towed 30 miles away which is closet to my home to get it checked out. I received a call from the repair shop, telling me my Battery Terminal was cracked during Installation of my new Battery. I called the local store manager explained to her what had happened.. Haven’t heard back from her since 08/17/21. I would like a call from the District Manager or Owner. Not happy at with the service or lack of concern from the store manager

First time visiting here. I needed a new brake light for my car for my vehicle inspection to renew my registration. I don’t know much about vehicles. He was super helpful, looked up my make and model, and even came out and took a look at the car to see if he could replace it for me really quickly. He helped me replace it and was super friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Inexperienced with installing a car battery. Car kept stalling repeatedly after getting the new battery. Went back right away to have them fix it, but they told me it was my alternator that was causing the issue. Not true. Took the car to a reputable auto shop and the auto shop connected the battery properly and checked my alternator which was working fine. Cost me extra money for someone else to connect the battery because these people did not know what they were doing and lied that it was my alternator. Very disappointed with this place.

Had a car breakdown, figured out it was the battery pretty quick. Took the old one out brought it in and got it tested that it was in fact dead. Bought a new duralast battery and installed it in the car and she fired right up.Store associates were friendly and helpful.

Stellar courtesy by staff. I went there to replace a defective low beam headlamp for my car, as a mechanic shop just upscaled the quote. Not only did I buy my halogen headlamp for half the price as the quote by this other shop, the staff also skillfully and quickly put it on for me! They also had a few options to choose from. Keep the service going, guys! Much appreciated.

I normally go into this location and get great customer service. The last few times I was (not) helped by a older woman who was so rude and kept shaking her head at me. She said that they cant come out to the car due to COVID (understandable) unless it was for a check engine light which is exactly what I told her I had. Additionally, at that same time another worker was helping another customer outside. She was also argumentative and overall made me feel like leaving and not returning.

Went here to get a bulb for my back tail light. They had the product in stock. I did have to find it myself. The staff was overwhelmed with customers. Checkout was long and the credit card machine was down. Good thing I had some cash on me. Mostly I was happy they.let.me use the bathroom and had the buld I needed.

Took my car in to get a new battery. Staff member Snapped the screw on the positive terminal which secures the battery to the clamp/wires. They can’t change out the terminal clamp since there was some corrosion on there so they suggest I take it elsewhere to have someone take it off. They didn’t have a screw to replace it. Mind you, the screw didn’t snap because it was corroded because I literally took it off the day before with no problem. The guy had tightened the screw the wrong way with the ratchet. Screw was facing away from him and he was tightening left- which means he was actually tightening right.

Man, give Alex D. a raise! This man helped me when my car broke down, battery wouldn’t jump, and helped me diagnose the issue properly.What’s funny is that when we tried to jump my car with cables, the car just wouldn’t start. But Alex recommended to try the Noco jumper box. Funny thing is when I used this tool, the car computer said call Infiniti service.Number 1. Don’t ever buy an Infiniti. I have regretted it ever since.Number 2. If you need auto parts, check for Alex at AutoZone!!Gracias, amigo!

As well as the OReillys down the street on 423 they were no help at all but I waited an extra day went by this AutoZone off of Preston and I was treated nothing but kindness and a genuine helping hand. This auto zone is terrible!!! drive down the road just alit farther to a different location. The workers do not care about your time. I came into the store and ordered a part on a Thursday. It cost $2.76, I did not receive it till Tuesday the next week!!!! they had 3 trucks come in by then. After I finally received my small order and was all done. I got a phone call saying I never purchased it ?? how does that make sense. These people were so rude and disrespectful.
