Stuart got my ball same day (Hammer Obsession) vs 5 days at other place and was extremely helpful! So impressed with his customer service and knowledge that same week had him fit my brothers ball too. He treats you with kindness and will be 100% honest. Ill definitely be back for all my bowling needs for sure and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Stuart was the best. Worked his butt off to take care of anyone, took time when he could to teach my son how to throw his new bowling ball and was the most courteous person Ive dealt with today. Not only will I be back, but Ill recommend to family.

Went there to get some Bowling equipment to get back into bowling. The employee at the pro shop REALLY knew what he was doing and suggested something for me that worked out very well.

I visited this place when I went to strikers for a family bowling day. My bowling shoes had came apart on me while we where bowling. I did not like the price of the bowling shoes, so I end up just looking. They had a cool looking bowling ball that I like. When its time to replace my current one I may go back and get it.

I wanted to learn how to hook a bowling ball, but Im completely clueless when it comes to bowling. Stewart was awesome and made me feel comfortable. He helped me pick a bowling ball, gave me a great price, measured my hand, and drilled perfect holes for my fingers. He then proceeded to spend 30-40 minutes helping me learn how to bowl with my new ball. Truly impressive customer service. I highly recommend visiting Alley Cat Pro Shop, but best to call ahead to make sure hes available.

The best bowling shop in north Texas imho. The guy who manages it is always there if you need him and are willing to invest some money with him. He drilled the balls perfectly after testing our hands in various ways and is so competitive on pricing that he actually beat the internet with warranty included. Really funny place

A little disapointed about the proshop, not for the equipment, because you have make an appoinment but the equipment you can see it from outside and looks great! And the bowling have a nice environment to enjoy with the fam and friends.

Alley Cat Pro Shop is the place to go if you want to get have your equipment work as it is supposed to work. I went to Chicago to get a bowling ball and that ball was drilled wrong from day one, that ball would start rolling as soon as it hit the lane,which made it uncontrollable for me.The owner of Alley Cat has taken his tie to make sure my equipment works as it should for my style of bowling. Today he stood on the lane watching me bowl and all he paid attention to is the release and the ball motion down the lane. I am very finicky and all the owner has done is make sure the ball makes a move as I intend. I am so very happy with Alley Cat that I have told my friends to go to him for advice and equipment.Today I purchased a ball because I was having issues on dry lanes and scoring, well my first game out of the bag was a 202 and my third game was a 224, and yes the lanes were dry, not bad for someone who hasnt bowled in 34 years.Bottom line he knows his stuff and he will do whatever he can to help you with your game.

Do not go here!!! My entire family got all their balls drilled here and all of our pitches were completely off and we had to slug some of the balls and some were so bad we had to get new ones.
