Driver just blocked the drive at my apartments. Parked right in the middle of the road so no cars from either side could get around and took his sweet time. Ended up making me and another resident wait till he decided to move. I took video and pictures. I am home on a work lunch break to let my dogs out and I did not have the time to just sit in my car. Very very very inconsiderate.
