Very patient in answering lots of questions and giving us time to figure everything out. We were able to trade in one of our current vehicles for a good value and bring home the car we loved and feel good about the car shopping experience as well. The dealership itself is pretty nice, well set up, clean and inviting. Was a good experience all around.

I live in Louisiana and drove here to buy a 2022 XC 90. This was the only dealership that had what I wanted within a 500 mile radius. Edward Mendoza was my salesman. In the last week alone (other brands and dealerships) I have encountered 4 other salesman. I can honestly say that Edward was the most polite, knowledgeable, helpful, kindest and patient of all of them. I had a friend buy a Volvo at our local dealership yesterday. She text me while we were signing paperwork to tell me that she hopes I received more instruction on the technology of the car than she did. Well, I most certainly did. We just left the dealership yesterday and it was one of the more sublime experiences I have had at a dealership. When it came to get my wife a bigger vehicle I went through reviews and I kept coming across Crest, so whats a hour drive? I bought my other Volvo that I have at a dealership closer to home and it failed in comparison to the people at Crest, specifically Edward Medina. When he was informing us about all the features and safety features of the vehicle he didnt sound like he memorized a script yet the information he gave seemed to flow like a normal conversation amongst friends and that was refreshing. Our experience with Edward and the rest of the staff at Crest made it that much easier to want to bring our business their again.

I purchased a vehicle from Crest Volvo with sales representative Edward Mendoza. Initially my experience was positive. However, this was short-lived. I was told that I would have two key fobs for my vehicle. Over a period of several months, I made repeated attempts to Mr. Mendoza via text and phone voicemails. He has not yet answered the phone directly nor responded to my voicemail messages. I have inquired about the second key fob for several months. I do not get a response from Mr. Mendoza. He does not respond to my phone calls nor does he answer them. I am very disappointed in this experience and I’m still waiting for my second key fob for my vehicle.

The delivery of the car was not as I thought it would have been. We left not knowing a lot about the car functions and capability.I liked our sales associate, he was knowledgeable for the most part. He answered the questions that we asked, but when we showed up for pick up, no one was really paying attention to us. It felt like the deal was done, and they didnt need to impress us anymore. The same experience happened when I went to ask finance for a change in the contract. It felt like I am why do you want now type of behavior.On the night of the purchase, we waited for a long time for finance to become free to take care of us. Out sales associate and his manager did a great touch by offering us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to apologize for the long wait. That was an excellent touch.The car phone reception is not as clear as I have experience in other cars I owned. I have to have it set to the maximum of the sound to be able to hear the person on the other line. Hope that helps.

Ive tried to avoid writing a review but theyve pushed me to it. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in in April looking fo a car and met with Jimmy Crosby. He was friendly enough but when we decided to order a car instead, he all of a sudden became too good to help us, sayin he got promoted. I brought my old car in for an estimate on trade in value, and magically he has time for me again and he comes back trying to sell me a car thats on their lot that I didnt want. Instead of getting in and out, he and his coworkers wasted my time forcing me to sit for up to an hour while they try to sell me a car instead of just giving me an appraisal on my car.Once the car came, I picked up my car, and they again acted friendly when I sat down to sign the papers, again wasting my time trying to sell me products and warranties I didnt want. the second I said i didnt want any of that the girl became very short and not friendly.Ive had my car for 4 MONTHS, and the check engine light came on. My wife called to have it taken in and they said they cant get to it until next week, but there are NO loaner vehicles until october 1st (2.5 weeks), telling us to just not drive the car. We both have jobs we need to be at and now theyre expecting us to take paid vacation to sit and home because we cant fix the car and they dont have a loaner for us.Im really regretting giving them my business. Please think twice about purchasing a car through them.

I was upfront from the beginning via phone and text about the amount of money I was willing to spend on a brand new car and how much I wanted for my trade. I spoke to Daniel SEVERAL times throughout the day and by 6 pm he assured me we had a deal for a brand new xc40 recharge in the color and price I wanted. He tried to pressure me into placing a hold on it with an online deposit as I wanted to wait until the next day to buy the car so that it would be detailed and ready to go. My husband convinced me to make the drive to Plano to see it instead of putting money down on a car I had never seen and I’m glad he did! Turns out Daniel failed to mention the “new” car has 900+ miles on it… be careful at this dealership. They will try to trick you.

The majestic and beauty of this supple car dispensary will challenge your belief in the great space lord Xanu. My salesman was Billy who is a master of quantum mechanics and champion of Thai kickboxing. He was able to answer all my questions about the paradoxes of time travel and the meaning of my existence. They had the exact car I was looking for at a really good price, and gave me great trade in value on my old car which had a trunk full of human remains. I was delighted to watch the Home & Garden channel in the lounge area while eating a variety of pastries and drinking absinthe. Overall I would say this is the greatest car dealership in the nation. I will probably come here just to hang out and relax after a long day of hacking apart ostrich meats.

I had a terrible experience at Crest Volvo. The sales representative called me saying that there was a car that fit my requirements, I scheduled an appointment and he never came to talk to me. Also, when it came to the numbers the car was more than 30% more expensive than what discussed. I waited 2 hours at the Crest Volvo for nothing and felt disrespected by the team.
