This place is always fun to walk around, I often shop here for crystals and incense and its always well priced!The staff is amazing and so kind, they are super helpful and not rude at all. I enjoy the fact that they are so safe with covid, it makes me so much more comfortable.I totally recommend shopping here!

Haven’t walked into a mall in over a year but was excited to get back into a bit of shopping. Walked into Earthbound, it used to be one of my favorite stores. For the first time in my life, not sure why, but I was followed around like a teenager expected to steal something. Granted I’m a professional who makes a LOT more money than you’d expect me to make in my weekend tshirt and leggings. But regardless I was still hovered over and felt like I was expected to steal something with the way I was treated. I would have bought a few things had I not felt so invaded and uncomfortable. What a horrible experience to go back to after not shopping for so long. So short-brown haired stocky store manager. Get it together.

Love the products, don’t love the rudeness/aggression surrounding masks.I asked them to throw something away and they said they’re not allowed to throw away trash for customers... it was literally a 2 inch sample lotion packet- Just overall since the onset of 2020 I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this earthbound and their employees to the point where I no longer feel the urge to shop at this location.

I went into the store with a friend just to look around. A female employee kept eyeing me and following us around. It felt completely hostile and rude as if we were trying to steal. The icing on the cake was when I was pointing to something and telling my friend Id like this ( for my birthday) and the employee came up saying Do you need me to hold something for you at the register. I wouldnt have minded that comment if it werent for the snarky tone she gave me and the fact that she kept following us around the store. I simply told her I dont want to shop at a store where they follow people around like thieves.

At first I wasn’t going to be a Karen and leave a salty review, however The girl at the cashier was awful. Super aggressive and rude. I came in to shop on the shift of Monday 11/30/20 around 6:50PM with my boyfriend and my friend, the employees then proceeded to constantly check on us and obviously behave in a way where they suspected us to steal, making it super uncomfortable and awkward to peacefully shop, my boyfriend who was waiting for me to finish picking my items, was asked by the cashier if she could hold on to his ring for him? I have never had such a rude experience, they constantly kept being behind us and made the shopping experience awful, honestly regretting buying those gold to green in two second poor 5 dollar rings they were so worried I’ll steal. Ridiculous, do better

I went into this location to do some Black Friday shopping for Christmas. The store has MANY lovely gifts, shre to fits every ones needs. However my complaint has to be with the staff itself. I frequent this location at least once a month and never have I felt so out of place and unwelcome. I understand it was Black Friday, however I was constantly asked if I needed help at least twice by every employee, and felt like they were breathing down my neck every chance they had. There was one gentleman in particular with green hair who seemed like he was my bodyguard, following me around every inch of the store when I simply just wanted to look around for some gifts for my cousin. I love the store, but it is truly a shame this new staff doesn’t provide a warm experience. Maybe in a couple months things will be different..:(

Earthbound is a really cool store. They carry one of a kind products that you wont find at other places. The staff is very friendly.

The staff here were amazingly helpful and very nice. There was a small mishap with one of the items in the store that cut my daughter, and while she was freaking out, the staff acted quickly. They helped to calm her down, helped provide first aid and made her feel better. She was deeply sorry about what happened but they assured her it was ok and that they cared more about her than the item. Thank you so much.

I’ve always loved earthbound. Has unique and fun finds! But one of the workers at this location- male with green hair treated us poorly from the time we walked in- sarcastic and rude. So I’m sad to say, I will never shop this location again.

Fun and happy hippie vibes. Great finds I havent seen anywhere else but, a bit pricey. This location is the largest Ive seen. This is the third Ive found. I enjoyed window shopping here. It wasnt very busy at the time or crowded so I was able to browse comfortably. I left with a few small things. They just were more expensive than I expected and didnt have many deals.

Whether youre an original or modern hippie this is the commercial hell for you. While Id rather shop at local places, Earthbound has a ton of great stuff especially non-traditional clothing. They make use of hemp and other natural fibers making their clothing as eco friendly as possible.

Always amazing items to be found at Earthbound! The staff is friendly, courteous, & doesnt hover. Got a few very intricate handmade earrings & will definitely be back for clothing, which, I didnt even realize they had so much of (and a decent selection at that). The employee who was at checkout told me they recently changed their format from more home decor items to clothing. Which is ok, but I wish they still carried more of the decor (several years ago I got some very nice Moroccan lamps from the location at the Galleria). Anyway, keep up the good vibes!

I picked up a few lovely necklaces, and they also have journals, salt lamps and many other neat tchotchkes.

The store hours online are incorrect, they open at 11am with the rest of the mall. Honestly, customer service isnt a priority for me personally, due to the fact I love the products.

I went there to get some incense and its very reasonably priced. My only problem is they they had white sage.

The staff in this location are super friendly! Had an issue where we got a European style plug with a fountain wed bought but it was no hassle getting it changed out!

Loved this store. Wide assortment of new age clothing and home decore. Hemp jewelry, Crystals, minerals and oils, Himalayan salt lamps. Cast Resin statues. Pagan and New Age products abound.

Lots of cool alternative gifts, even some hard to find items like high quality incense holders, backflow cone incense holders, framed pinned butterflies from Peru, a small selection of decorative crystals and geodes, and carved wooden boxes, some that look like they could hold tarot cards. Varied and unique gifts for sure.

I just discovered that they have a website! Earthbound might kinda be what some consider a hippy store but there are a lot of really cool finds that dont have to be associated with chakras or spirituality if you dont want them to be.

One of my favorite stores to visit especially when I run out of incense. They have a lot of really cool and funky jewelery and clothing and the art and nicknacks are cool to look at. A little on the pricy side for me but its still fun to window shop.

This is one of my favorite places in the Stonebriar Mall along with Hot Topic and Spencers and Teavana. Earthbound is just awesome totally unique everything in there is specifically for somebody who wants to have a more spiritual Mystic approach to life. So if you like amethyst crystals or chakras and you want to have an absolutely huge leather-bound Journal that cost $100 but looks like it was made from the 17th century youre going to love this place. I recommend it again and again and again to everybody but dont take my word for it going for yourself and get some of those sacred oils secrets in the humidifier and make your house smell very cool.

Closed when they were supposed to be open. 30 min before the mall close and they are already gone. Not cool!!!!!!

Sadly wont be going back. I love this store but today while in there, my daughter had her cash out counting while walking to ensure she had enough for the product she wanted, she noticed she had been dropping some as she went. She turned to collect the dropped bills when one of the workers was found to be picking them up. He was overheard saying theyre just dropping it as they go. He was watching my daughter and once he saw me looking at him, he went behind the desk and put it under the counter. She managed to have enough by using coins as well and nothing was said to him because he OBVIOUSLY was hurting for cash if hes willing to knowingly keep it from a child. Im very disappointed in the lack of morals of this particular store.
