Experience was decent. We arrived knowing exactly what we were looking for. One employee was helping a guest try on shoes. Two other employees were just at the register talking.

Vicki is one of the best who there! She is so sweet, they didn’t have a shoe I wanted for my wedding and she into hunter mood to find a better one. Thank you Vicki for making sure I get want! I always get awesome service here. The employees are always very attentive to my requests and social. They arent always in stock in my size for the shoes I want, but they ship it to my house for free. Ive gotten many pairs of shoes from here and never dealt with any issues.

Horrible employees. Employees stood behind counter, acknowledged the customers in line waiting to be helped and went back to their conversation about a boys crackhead mom. Once they finished the conversation we were asked if we needed help.

People at journeys kids called ahead and told us there was one pair of size 4 old school vans at the regular journeys and these employees that just stood in the middle of the store told us they had none when we asked about them and didn’t even go check

Went to this location on Saturday, May 12th. No one greeted us when we walked in. There were four people behind the counter, I asked if they could find me a different size in a particular shoe. One female (possibly the manager?) told a young man to help me. He said “Why me?” And told the female next to him “You do it.” And she rolled her eyes at him, then followed me to the floor. She came back with a size 8, when I told her we needed a 7 1/2 and the size in display was an 8. Very poor customer service. I will be contacting corporate as well.
