Disappointed with todays shopping experience. The gentleman working there was not helpful. Service was poor. He was acting as if someone was disturbing his sleep. He didnt offer any help . Ive been coming here since this place opened and was disappointed in the experience today. Pls tell your staffers to do better. Customer service is key!Update: spoke with Mr Edwin, the owner this evening. I will say he takes pride in his business and went above and beyond to not only apologize for the actions of his employees but also to review the video footage of my experience yesterday . Mr Edwin, I appreciate it and will see you soon. thanks for taking the time out. It shows you really do care about your reputation and your customer.My experience there was a one off, in my years of going there.

1st time visiting at the market. They have most of the items you need as well as cultural goods. The staff is amazing

This African store is a top-notch! Very clean with no odor. Does not look like a typical African store. They are well stocked and products are well arranged, easily accessible to their customer. They sell old spoiled/ expired food. When I went here the oxtails expired back in August 2020 and I visited in December. I purchased a drink from them and got it home only to notice there were chunks in my juice, I bought some chocolate and it was so old it has turned almost white. Why are they doing this to people. Just make a weekly round and check your food, and throw away the food that’s expired. It’s so wrong to sell expired food to people.
