Very happy with purchase just picked up new Fossil Gen 5 Garret HR & is the best Wear OS smart watch on the market as of Oct 2020. This looks like a actual watch. When I was at the store dealt with Taylor. She was super friendly & helped me pick out new accessories for my new watch. Store is super clean and have disinfectant everywhere. If you are in the market for a Fossil product, I would recommend going in the store vs online because it is such a great experience and nice store. Thanks Taylor for the help.
Can I just say that my experience at this Fossil was absolutely amazing? I have been a customer of Fossil for a while now but I never was too interested in smartwatches because of all the features I would never use. But Carrie was able to show me a Hybrid Smartwatch that is everything I wanted and needed in one. I love it! She gave my friends and I such stellar service and went over and beyond for us to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this store and its employees. I received the best customer service that I’ve had ever received by Carrie. She made my return so easy and seamless that I decided to stay and shop, resulting in me purchasing two more items. She is very knowledgable about the Fossil products and I could see her pride in her work and the brand. The store got very busy during my visit, she managed the situation like a pro and ensured all the customers were greeted and assisted. There are closer shopping malls but I will make the drive to recieve this grade a customer service. I hope that Carrie receives praise for work ethic, knowledge and kindness!

Took my mom in to buy a watch band. Alexis was extremely helpful and listened to my mom’s wants. She took the band off a watch just because it was exactly what she wanted. My mom was extremely happy. Alexis truly went above and beyond. This fossil store has never had bad service but Alexis truly was great.
Sales people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They have their complete product line so shopping is easy.
Leland was an extreme help and expert when helping me buy, customize, customize additional bands, and product education. My purchase was smooth and the sincere time Leland spend in assisting will definitely have me back to this store! Travis takes pride in being a Fossil associate, by consistently having a good attitude and friendly personality. I could tell right away that Leland and Travis are associates that really show a genuine interest in satisfying and getting to know their customers. It seems like a great place to work and is definitely the best customer service of any Fossil store I’ve visited. Great service! In and out in 5 min. I brought my new Fossil Smartwatch in for adjustment and both associates were able to adjust and give some pointers on what the watch is capable of. I am close so I will definitely be back for future accessories and other Fossil gear. Given that Fossil is based in Richardson, it is nice to support local on a global brand.
I was very pleased with the service for my first visit. Alex greeted me instantly and was very helpful in explaining the Google Fit watches. He was informative and honest about its features. The feel fossil creates with their space is also very welcoming. Will return to this location in the future
Both my wife and I are huge fans of Fossil, but this location has not represented the brand well on more than an occasion. Staff attentiveness is a hit or miss. They always seem unaware or uninformed about the products and/or applicable sales. 2 stars to recognize their products, but negative stars for in-store service!I received a wallet as a Christmas gift. I went a few days after Christmas to exchange it with a different wallet. Staff wanted me to first return the original wallet, which was on sale, then purchase the new wallet at full price and pay the difference. Although I disagreed with the return/exchange process, it was not the main issue. I was most alarmed and offended by the demeanor of the sales person. When I told him that the new wallet was on sale, he said nope the system does not show it. He certainly showed a great deal of attitude. He called another associate to join him and they both made it very clear that I can either pay the difference or keep the original wallet. Mind you, there was still a big fat 40% sale sign literally everywhere in the store!!!Out of respect for myself, I chose to leave without making an exchange. I went on Fossil.com that same evening, only to discover that the wallet that I wanted was on sale. In fact, it was on a double sale, 40% off PLUS an additional 30% off PLUS free shipping. I have a receipt to prove it!What a missed opportunity by the in-store staff to make, an already Fossil fan, happy and may be even upsell me on other Fossil products. Instead, their attitude and misinformation created a negative experience and terrible brand representation.

Always a great experience at the Fossil Store. I went there to get my old Fossil Q Founder repaired, unfortunately it was out of warranty by at least 2 years. Repairing was an option but wasnt worth it. The sales person jokingly said you arent attached to that watch are you? I said nope. I am now the happy owner of a Gen 4 watch. Thanks for always looking out for your customers Fossil. Definitely a customer for life.
It was fine. We were greeted by more than one employee and they were friendly enough but didn’t offer any real help. My husband was just looking for some sunglasses. He found some he liked- the selection was limited but they had a few different ones to choose from. All in all it wasn’t the worst or the best experience.

I love the fossil brand, but what I love about this particular location is the staff. Everyone loves to have fun with their customers and it shows as son as you walk the door. The store is staged very well and has been well thought out in design.
My daughter and I went into the store and Morgan was so incredibly helpful! Made sure that everything was perfect and even added riveting and engraving to previously purchased bags. Highly highly recommend. The sweetest staff!
Just went in and got a new battery for my 5 year old faithful, and the staff were super quick and helpful. They were kind to show me some of the new products that I liked without being pushy. Highly recommend this location!
Carey the Manager of the store is awesome!!! I have brought my Mother-In-Law in a few times for problems with her smartwatch. Carey has sat down with us everytime to make sure that everything is working correctly. Makes coming in the store a pleasure and not anxiety inducing that no one is going to want to help us. Tonight, I walked into Stonebriar Fossil for an online return. I was greeted by the super helpful representative, Kaitlyn. I mentioned I was in the market for a new purse but was here for a return. She spend extra time with me showing many different styles of purses. I fell in love with the last one and also bought a wonderful wallet that Kaitlin suggested. She is a very good ambassador for Fossil. Thank you for the great experience.
I bought my first watch here and decided to go with a Fossil Q Hybrid. Travis was the salesman for the watch and he was amazing! He knew all about every single model. the watch ran great to until the battery died, my watch hands were also off for a reason unknown to me, so i brought it in to the store. Every other salesman/woman couldnt tell how to fix it so they offered me i could send it back and have it fixed for free, or get half off of any watch in the store not including the smartwatches. I was at the cash register about to fill out a form to have the watch sent off to be fixed but i soon realized the guy helping me fill it out was Travis! He had me pull out my phone and hit some buttons, i have no idea what he did but he fixed it in less than 30 seconds. I ended up walking out of the store with the watches battery replaced and it fixed all for free. If you go here ask for Travis to help you and your time will be much better. Travis deserves a raise in my opinion!

Very big store for a bunch of watches and a couple handbags and accessories. The brand seems to be hanging on with some changes they made and loyal customers. The employees are helpful and know about their products.

Brought a simple Michael Kohrs watch in for battery replacement. I was informed they “don’t service Michael Kohrs watches here” enough though the store attendant confirmed that fossil makes their watches. He recommended another store in the mall that was 4X the price for a battery replacement. I called the Allen location who confirmed they do service Michaels Kohrs watches and would replace the battery for free since I had to drive to their location. Funny how the customer service level changes by location. Learn the difference between don’t service, and don’t want to service sir.

Got a top of line watch for christmas this last year and went to have a pin in the band reset...This watch was engraved as a gift for me and all the lady cared about was selling me a new watch and would not take the time to give good service and repair it in her shop...Said no warranty and nothing she could do except an 800 number...I went to fast fix and $10 and 15 minutes later it was good as new...This lady is more worried about retail sales than customer service...Do not give this location your money!!

Bought there many watches. I wasnt happy with the last smart watch I bought. I used it for several weeks and set it aside for months because it was difficult to charge. My husband talked to the manager and he exchanged the watch for its retail price. I was available to get a new one and just paid the difference. The manager do not have to do that, but is nice to see they care for their customers.
Went to return a faulty smart watch. manager was very passive aggressive towards the reason of my return. was just rude about it.
Came here to look at watches (Wed June 11, 2014) and the lady who helped me was awesome, not to mention extremely gorgeous! and had an interesting tattoo of a flower on her palm. But overall every one of the employees were very helpful and friendly. If it wasnt a nearly 2 hour drive Id go back every time I got a new watch.

Had such a great experience at Fossil and I plan on coming back.Started at Best Buy to purchase a new smart watch, my old one died after 3 years of usage. Right off the bat speaking to an associate there had no information about the products they offer, so I had to get on Google to do my own research. Decided to get a Fossil Q Explorist HR Gen 4. Very stylish. Best Buy rep told me about their two year protection plan for the watch and I got it. I wanted to get more bands for the watch, but they didnt have any.Went to the Fossil Store to get new bands and Leland greeted us. He went over their promotions and how they are doing free engravings on the watch bands. While he was working on the engraving, I mentioned that I got the protection plan and what it was. He said that comes standard with the watch warranty and without paying any extra plans. I was blown away and furious at Best Buy for not telling me and for selling something nice didnt need. Decided to buy a pair of new watches there at the store then return the other set back to Best buy. By purchasing there at Fossil, the money left over from the protection plan went into buying extra bands which were on sale and still save money.Leland was patient, knowledgeable, and confident in what he does. Thanks to him I got better service, saved money and got more watch bands. I plan on coming back for sure, no more Best Buy.While there, both Travis and Amy were talking to us about their smart watches and the features of the watch while Leland was working on the engraving. Both super friendly and approachable.In general the staff amazing here and customer service A+. Keep it up. 👍
My wife and I went to this location to purchase newest smart watch. We were greeted but not really helped towards a 275.00 purchase they were fully staffed with employees and didnt get the information we were looking for like any good sales person would do.

Worst Customer service. They said that if you worn watch after buying you can not return it. I bought watch trusting them. I opened it after going out of the shop and found that it is already worn. Than I called other store which is in Allen outlet they said that they have it available not worn. I tried asking stone stonbrier fossil store manager he said that the Allen outlet store sale refurbished one. But I drove to Allen outlet and they gave me brand new one. Please don’t sale worn items.

I finally decided that I wanted a fossil touchscreen smartwatch. The day I was there to buy the watch I was surprised to meet the manager and his courteous way. My father a veteran, has his own ways of deciding his choices and can I say not in the simplest way and needless to point out, him not at all being tech savvy. Alex the manager there, was very polite in dealing with my father. He went ahead in explaining every detail that one could and also replied to all the basic tech questions. He explained all about international guarantee warranty and also honored our discount coupon with all the sincerity. Thanks to Alex - it was a good experience buying the watch from stonebrair mall store.

Realizing time had gotten away from us, I quickly called Fossil to find where they were located in the mall so I could drop off my watch really fast so it would be sent off to be fixed. It was minutes away from closing time and the young woman who answered the phone informed me she would take a look at my watch when I arrived and she also assured me she would wait for me to close. Once I got to the store at 9:00 she smiled and fixed my watch for me. This little act of kindness in the retail industry was SO refreshing. Nothing but smiles and good attitudes from the staff here. I feel terrible I cant remember the name of the associate that helped me, pretty, slender blonde girl was an awesome employee. She wasnt pushy, or annoying quite the opposite, she was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the watches even suggested a watch that may have been less than the semi-smart watch I was looking at because she paid attention when I said I work in the medical field and needed a 2nd hand. I would go back here just so she could sell me on future purchases.
I visited the store with my wife who was wearing head scarf. We weren’t welcomed and met with discrimination to the point that when I asked about the high price of one of their wallets she kicked us out saying take your business somewhere else. To add this was not the only thing, one of them kept following my wife as if she was stealing. I don’t recommend such a place to any one.
