This company is not run by good people. They go to hiring agencies and request employees and before the 90 period is up for them to give that new employee a raise and benefits they fire them and hire a new person and also promise that person a raise and benefits and that next person gets the same treatment as the last person. They have hurt families and made promises they never planned to keep. If you want to support a small business and get some nice doors and cabinets I suggest you go somewhere else.
