Great selection, no pressure. I bought a wonderful recliner from Christina; she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Tim, in the office, was also courteous as well. I will buy from them again!!

I paid the original price with no complaints and then I see that my furniture is now on sell for 52% off. I went back to the store to go over this with them and they was helpful and done me a better deal and thought I was happy til I got home and realized they are charging me $ 465.00 cancellation fee which had me very Unhappy and disgusted! I will call to have that removed or they can cancel the whole deal.

Terrific Place to shop furniture. The entire staff are true professionals. Our salesman, Tim Alexander was a complete gentleman and we very much appreciated the no pressure approach. We found a nice living room set at a very reasonable price.

I bought a $1500 bed frame and matresses at this place then when I go back to try and purchase a laptop a few months later and make an early payment while im there this one girl who works at the was so rude and had the worsr customer service skills ever.. She absolutely looks miserable once you step foot in the place . i got that same feeling the first time i went in the store...she is a very bitter human being and have no idea why anyone in there right mind would have that young lady deal with customers when just the presence of her ruins your day..thanks to her ill never step foot in that place...one more payment left and will be making payment over the phone...i called the store back to let them know my bad experience and the finance lady said shed let the manager know...good luck with that.....the young skinny girl with glasses is HORRIBLE for your business..

Furniture store with a lot of beautiful sets to choose from.

I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Ultimately this is a mostly positive review and I want to support my local store so I went with 4 stars.The big advantage is this is a local store so we can go in for some window shopping. Weve done it several times and the sales person remembered us.In fact, if my experience was just the sales person Id leave a 5 star review.There are two problems though, which is why the risk of a 3 star review.The office staff was not particularly helpful. We finished the credit application and felt like we were intruding to get the application and purchase processed. Honestly it took an hour even after we knew what we wanted.My other negative is a sale that felt a bit disingenuous. We were told to come back and they had a buy one get one deal going on, which was perfect since we were buying 2 chairs but not a set. The chairs we looked at were listed at ~$600 but then the fine print on the ad was the pricing was based on the comparable value. That was like $950 so we got both chairs for $950 instead of $1200, so still a good deal but it was $350 more than we expected.Im still waiting to experience delivery so will update the review at that time.

My whole house is compliments of Schewels. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful they remember who you are. Even if Amy has to call because you are late on a payment she is always nice and respectful.I have never had a problem with them and have recommended them to several of my friends when they are looking for furniture or appliances.Denise and Ashley Jensen

Ive bought furniture twice from here, first one was a Queen mattress for our guest room. Loved it so much came back a month later for another one for my bed! Very good selection, wonderfully helpful staff, easy delivery. Exactly what youd hope to find in a good family-run, small business. So happy to have nice, local options to avoid those big box stores.

I recently bought a really awesome chaise lounge from a delightful lady, Sarah, who made my shopping experience enjoyable. I really liked working with her and the other ladys who helped me work through a few surprises to a satisfying solution. I cant wait to pick it up!!! Way to go!!

I had a good experience.. my only disappointment was a $ 100.00 fee to drive up the street.. very very very dissatisfied with that fee.. I shopped there for all my furniture in the past and I asked if they would wave the charge if I pay in full and they said NO...

If I could give Front Royal Schewels 100 stars I would. They came through for my family when we needed them too. We have a Schewels in Luray and they did not want to work with us our stove went out and we have a large family my wife and I went to Front Royal received the best service and they delivered and installed the new stove. Then the mower died and once again they helped us, its a shame you have to go out of your community, to get excellent customer service, Thank you for all you have done

Horrible products, bought table and chairs six months ago for dining room set Im now throwing chairs out screws keep getting lose and wood gas broken, worst quality I have ever seen in chairs. I have chairs for many years one was given to my by my mom and is forty five years old. These chairs were breaking at forty five days old.
