Went in on Wednesday to exchange some hair extensions, the manager was was so unprofessional, told me she could not exchange them and hesitated to show me other extensions. She was very rude. Horrible customer servise from a “ manager “

It was pretty good they just didnt hold me accountable for the points i know i earned over a course of time.

We were unable to locate facial peel mask by Helene Curtis, although Sally Beauty Supply showed it online. The store was empty and the two workers seemed very unknowledgeable about their products.
