We came in late this evening and worked with Sales person, Amy. She was INCREDIBLY informative and helpful! She was chipper, patient, kind and answered all our questions hands down. After taking the diagnostic test, she offered us multiple options...all materials, all makes/models and all prices. If only buying a new car were as smooth as our experience was this evening!! We came in one Saturday and Amy let us play Goldilocks and the Bears and we came up with what we wanted. We told her we’d return when our house closed. We did online shop around, asked for people’s opinions and went back to the store the day of closing. I think everything from purchase to delivery was exceptional. I needed a new bed and they were so helpful and I was able to get it the next day !They took care of me and I was delighted that they had the stock and had the availability to get it right away.Big Lots may have been cheaper but you would have to wait 12 weeks and pay for your own delivery.So I wasnt going that route. I will definitely go back and purchase from them again.🤗

We had the pleasure of working with Amy Fleischman today.She was very nice and patient with us in picking out a replacement set.She was a GREAT help.We purchased The Juliette set made by Kings Down in 2016.Had issues with it turned, it in on the warranty and they deemed it defective. Gave us the credit for what we paid for it and just had to pick out a replacement. Any amount over, we were responsible for.Amy printed out the confirmation letter, Put in the Information needed and we were on our way. Thank you again Amy :)

I was a little reluctant about purchasing from someone other than my long term mattress supplier. Chuck was the first person that approached us. Unfortunately, Chuck met me at a time when I needed some sleep. Other people came in the store, so Chuck went off with them. I really wanted to run in, pick it up and be gone. It needed to be delivered. When I got over myself, I was able to finish the deal with Amy. Nothing against Chuck. We set up a delivery for Wednesday. My son is very happy with the bed.

My husband and I had already purchased two mattresses last Fall from the store and where happy with our purchase. We had been recently researching adjustable beds and different mattresses for quite a while so we had some idea of what we wanted when we went into the Front Royal location. But we still needed help making a decision. Amy was extremely knowledgeable about the products and really took a lot of time to answer the numerous questions my husband and I had. Even making phone calls to verify requests, etc. So after examining all possibilities she helped us work out the challenge of two totally different wants/needs for my husband and I. Even though we caused her to stay a while after the store was suppose to be closed, she continued to be very pleasant and most importantly, extremely helpful. I’m always hesitant when it comes to walking into a mattress store in anticipation of the “ eager used car salesman/woman” soaring in like a seagull targeting a piece of bread, impatiently wanting to cash in on a quick sale.Surprisingly that was not the case in this store. Store sales manager was extremely friendly and non-aggressive in her sales approach. She was very knowledgable and offered objective advice on things to think of when purchasing a new mattress.She also treated my crazy kiddos with respect and humor despite the fact that.........well.....they’re crazy and were acting equally crazy in their behavior during the entire time we were in the store.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking at purchasing a new, well made mattress without the hassle of feeling rushed into making a decision.

I had a fantastic experience. I had purchased a mattress on a layaway and was making my payments on it and when I went back to make another payment on it I found out that the mattress had been discontinued. So, I was given the replacement for that mattress at the original purchase price without any hesitation. The value of that new mattress was $1,200 more then the original. My overall experience was great from day. They have a loyal customer for life.

My husband and I were prepared to visit 3 to 4 different mattress stores today; however our first stop was Mattress Warehouse in Front Royal where we were greeted by Eran. He was very informative and patient; answering all our questions.Needless to say we didnt visit any other mattress store as our needs were fully met. They have a very large selection and very competitive prices.I would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a new mattress. When you go just ask for Eran he was wonderful.He was able to diagnose our mattress needs in 3 minutes just as they advertise.

I havent slept on it yet, but I am sitting on it now. Went to the store Saturday, picked today for delivery because 3 day weekend! Amy was fantastic, fun, and extremely helpful. Even for delivery today when the box spring wouldnt fit into my bedroom door, she took care of it quickly.

Bought bed set there 2 years ago, first the box came missing a screw, they told us we could probably see if Lowes sells it😒. Mattress no good. The sides where me and husband sleeps are sinking. When we wake in the mornings we are extremely tired and in pain. Very displeased! Customer service was good

Worst mattress buying experience. We did the bed match and were shown three mattresses that were supposed to be on our list. The mattress we purchased was not like the one we tried in the store. We waited the thirty day break in and returned to the store for an exchange. I asked to see the bedmatch record and two of the three mattresses we were shown were not even on the list. We had to select a bed that was less than our first purchase by $400 and we could not find a bed that fit our comfort without paying a lot more for it. The delivery guys got lost on bothdeliveries and I had to load up the old mattress both times by myself and meet them somewhere to exchange the mattresses. I contacted customer service with my issues and they put me through to the area manager who never returned my call. For a company that says customer service is their main focus, they don’t seem to worried about addressing complaints!I would not recommend this store based on my experience.
