I had Artic Air put in a new heating and air unit. The service and price was excellent! They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and neat. Once they were done they went through everything to make sure i understood everything on it. I once had a power surge and couldnt get it back on, they walked me through how to restart it as they were on their way just to be sure everything was ok. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they have all been very pleased as well.

Dependable and do good work.

I find this company very unprofessional. A simple NO would have sufficed and I would have called another company. Instead they wasted two and a half weeks of my time waiting for their service report only to find out they never ran the call. I have called Jen a few times and she would tell me she’d call me back and wouldn’t!!(Waiting on someone to get back to the shop) After I called a third time Jen informed me they couldnt get into the jobsite but never bothered to call me to let me know so I could get them in contact with the job superintendent. I hope they don’t treat all their customers this way.
