Harbor Freight in general is a wonderful place with wonderful selection but this specific one is better than most as Ive always had good service and have never had any issues, definitely come here if you are in the market for some tools and not looking to spend a lot of money but be warned this place will make you not want to buy name brand tools again.

CHECK FOR DEFECTS...Stopped by to purchase a gun case that was on sale. Noticed a broken hinge at the counter and decided to pass on it. I told a friend who was going to pick up one of the same cases later that day.Low and behold, the defective/broken gun case back was placed back on the shelf for someone else to purchase vice discarding or returning to the manufacturer.In my opinion, this is a display of how this store holds their customers in low regard.Hope this post helps others avoid buying broken items.

This is the nicest HF Ive been too. The customer service was great. I had 4 different employees help me with my transaction.. I had a pretty big purchase at a different location the day before. When I got home and started to unbox it, it was badly damaged.. Upon loading it back into my truck, with the packaging, I noticed on top of the box it said DO NOT SELL. This was a Huge inconvenience for the size of the purchase and the distance between my house and the store, which is 50+ miles. The store that I originally bought it from said the where out of stock and I could exchange it at a different location. Upon my first attempt to exchange it at the second location that said, they indeed had them in stock, they said I couldnt at Their Store. After going back to the original place of purchase and dealing with a cashier who was being short and rude, I figured I would try Front Royal. They made it right after 2 stores couldnt, and 1 of which, down right refused too. I dont do reviews, but the customer service was awesome, and refreshing after my dabacle in which was no fault of my own! HF Front Royal will be my Go Too from here on out!

Love Harbor Freight, sure not everything is the best quality but a lot of their stuff is really good if not better in some cases than some of the overpriced stuff youd get at the hardware/tool store...anyways so happy we have our own now!
