I was referred to Beltone for Hearing Aids by UHC Hearing and am extremely satisfied. The staff (Heather and Veronica) both made me feel welcome and honestly cared about my hearing issues. Their proposal for my new hearing aids was reasonably priced and offered financing options. The recommended hearing aids were order and arrived in a short period of time. I loved that I had an individual fitting session that provided instruction on the use and care of the hearing aids. I have had a couple to follow up appointments to ensure that my hearing aids were functioning correctly. The 3 year warranty is comforting especially when I noticed that my right hearing was not functioning properly so Veronica tested both hearing aids and replaced the wire on the right side to return it to its original function and my hearing has improved. This was done at no cost because of the warranty. Thank you for the great customer service and significant hearing improvement!
