Called multiple times to request information on ordering a pool. Basically ended up wasting two weeks waiting for Richard to call the warehouse and return my call. He never returned it, I had to call to find out nothing was in stock nor would it be for many weeks. I was trying to support small business in this time. If he would have returned my call and just told me, I would not be writing this review. However, to me this was total lack of customer service.
