I was very happy with the service they provided. I had an issue with an expensive item I was shipping to my daughter. The ups driver returned it it the store where it was mailed from. I was really upset because I thought I would have to pay for the shipping all over again. They contacted me and sent them some additional information and within less than 24 hours they worked everything out with ups and resent it with out charging me. They took every measure to make sure the driver would be able to find my daughters apt. On the second time around.It was quite an ordeal for me since I live in California and was using them as a third party shipper.So I am so greatful that they took the time to work everything out and made sure that that I received the assistance I needed.I recommend this store to anyone that is considering using their services. I am very glad they were the people dealing with this problem. I dont think another store would have took the time to work things out as quickly and efficientlyas they did.

I have used this facility several times for shipping and passport services and always had excellent service, even referred friends, until today. I was dropping off an Amazon return and was not aware there was a “line” area as the only two customers were being assisted. The clerks, one being the owner, never corrected or directed me to the “line” area. In the meantime, two more people came in. When the person in front of me left, a different clerk took that spot, totally ignored me and called up the other customer. At that point, I said I was next and she said that “the line was back there”, very rudely. Needles to say, her New Years resolution should be to find a job she enjoys and it doesn’t involve interacting with customers.

Very kind, fair prices for everything. If you need something printed out, they will put it in an envelope for you (so it wont get bent up).I needed to print out some pictures and came in an hour before closing. They were closing up shop (I misread store hours), and they STILL let me come in! They didnt have to do that.Art helped me get the pictures off a CD I needed. He sent them to me via PDF as well and was so kind and superb in customer service.The staff are always looking out for their clients, no long DMV like lines and much more hospitality than USPS. Thank you all.Support your local/little businesses! I dont know what Id do without this UPS. Treat them with respect and kindness. They risk their lives every single second, minute and hour, for YOU to have the luxury of sending or returning items!

Initially wrote off the expensive price of shipping my package because I accepted the fact that UPS is expensive to use. Then I looked at my receipt. The fees and surcharges were more than the actual UPS GND shipping charges themselves, more than doubling the total price! Do yourself a favor, weigh your package at the P.O., in the lobby, go home and print your label online. This is highway robbery. Never again!

Art and Dana McArthur who operate the new UPS Store on South Street are really great. I needed to return a large, heavy item; I am 76 years old and not capable of repacking the item for return. I spoke to Dana at the UPS store and she said they would help me get it ready for shipment. The next day, Art McArthur came to my house, packed up this heavy bulky object, applied the shipping label and it was ready for pickup. Thats what I call above and beyond! Art and Dana McArthur are the kind of helpful, friendly people that makes life easier on us. Thank you so much. You are the best!Joe Dennis
