My husband stopped by and asked about picking up a dishwasher that has never been used. Left message and received no call back. I stopped by regarding picking up same dishwasher and the man said he could pickup between 10 and 11 am today. Text info as to where to pickup and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding pickup. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???????

Excellent service. They delivered same day, even gave me a warranty on my used fridge. Ive had my refrigerator for almost a year now with no issues. They even came by to repair my dryer at a great price compared to others. Definitely approve!!

My mother called this company to repair her GE washer. The handyman “repaired” it after taking the washer for a few days. When he returned, the washer was not the same one he took. This washer had a different serial number and my mom asked him and he denied switching the washers. He said he changed the parts and that is why the number changed. Well now this replacement washer has broken as well and once again we called him in hopes that he would repair it or shed some light on the situation. He said he would come by at noon on 1/17/18 and he never showed. He also stopped answering her calls. After taking his $400 payment and swapping the washer that is now broken we need a brand new washer because the issue with the washer he swapped is far more costly than what the washer is worth. He has no respect for others’ time and he is not an honest man. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. If he is not going to get money out of you, he much rather ignore your calls, especially if you are calling him out on his wrong doing.

I bought a fridge in December and it broke in April. Tried to get it fixed but was going to cost about the same as the fridge cost me. Tried to get one of their mechanics to work on it and he was a day n a half late and when he arrived he was rude to my girlfriend. Had to throw away all my food. Was a total disaster. Scratched up my floor in the process. Just going to buy from a big company and try to forget about this experience. Hope this review helps.
