Hit or miss. Staff could be quicker in rolling out the new stock. Just be persist & patient if possible. But this wreath sure is pretty.

Made a nice arrangement.The only con I might add is in reference to the website orders..after you purchase items the receipt does not list each item cost nor have the totals for the order received. I wasted about 20 minutes time waiting for the manager to call to find out an item total and how much they owe me for a return. She found it odd as well the way the website gives you no information on your receipt!

This location is in a complex with lots of other stores and its hard to find without science telling you where exactly they are. Which in this case it was on the other side of the complex even though the sign was closer to the freeway. The store is okay decent products. Customer service is okay but not that great. Managers were walking around or standing around nearby and there was line of more than four people waiting and not one of them was waiting on anybody. you have customers in line you need to get your lines down.

Just went in to pick up some gift bags. Love their description online as to which aisle it would be in on the location I selected. They were exactly there. It was very quick and easy.A very big help when u r already in a hurry.

Cant buy anything without an employees assistance. Kinda inconvenient...

They would not let you return defected item even with the original receipt. I had bought an item just for a special party which then I wasn’t able to use at all. So I tried to return the next day and then the lady says I can’t return because they cannot sell the defected item. She is saying like I broke it. Now I am stuck with this thing which I don’t even need. Customer service is very poor and this is the worst michaels store I have ever been to. Do not waste your time visiting this branch. Go to a different branch and you will experience a much better service and even displays. I have been a huge fan of Michaels since I was a teenager and now this is a real big disappointment. Shame on you Michaels.

If you are looking for Posca pink pants they do not carry them at this location, drove all the way there to find out they dont carry them and all I needed was one yellow, and one red.. ugh!

This was the strangest Michaels Ive ever been in. Now I get that this is a transitional time of year for stores but it was oddly empty and messy at the same time. It was also laid out a little differently than most Michaels and we spent ages just trying to find the tape section. Employees were all very friendly and helpful though!

It’ll be nice if the store manager or staff would update their hours of operation. Why state that the store is open when it’s not “due to COVID guidelines”. It’s easy for people like Melissa, to use this as a method to deter potential clients from utilizing their store. Meanwhile, she still allowed clients inside to wander around and query for items. Didn’t you state that I couldn’t not enter because you wanted people to exit your store ? Make it make sense !!!!

Honestly, the customers are the worst part of Michaels. Michaels is a corporation, so many times you could find the same things online for half the price, but at least you can windows shop for ideas. Always check online, theres always 20-40% off coupons!! Or sign up for additional savings. I have no idea why customers be always so RUDE here. Working customer service is difficult, specially right now... So everyone, just be NICE and be PATIENT!!!!

Dislocation its probably second in my opinion to the Buena Park one. I found everything I need it but I was asked several times during my shopping if I needed help. I felt the staff went out of their way to make sure that I would find everything I was looking for. This kind of customer service will always bring me back! With that being said, I would recommend this location.

Dont know IF its a CIVID-19 issue, or always like it, but it was a MESS. Cluttered AND empty at the same time: isles were cluttered with boxes/stuff, & yet SHELVES were empty, for most part. In-stock nymber of items was absurd too: WHAT can one make with JUST 5 bundles of yarn?!? WHY thats a MAX order number IN store(worst: just as bad online, too!?)??? Folks working there were very nice though.

This Michaels store is always helpful and they great you on the way in. Most of the stuff is organized and navigating the store is fairly simple.

Seems like they are going out of business, they had limited items unlike before covid ...I hope Im wrong and it was just a fluke...

Line to get in as they put a limit to the number of guests in the store. Bathrooms unavailable to shoppers. Long line to get to register however they did open more to move it through. Even with limited guests this store still seemed crowded in the Christmas aisles. Michaels does offer special hours for seniors and high risk customers.

Thomas is a male karen down in the review section, the workers here are very conversational and are great people! came in to purchase pokemon cards and they had a lot of them in stock! didnt catch the workers name but she wore glasses and helped me out!

I went to Michaels because I picked up a hobby of doing the coloring books, and needed some new markers or pencils.My complaint was I pushed the need assistance button twice (the item as I wanted had a lock device on them); no one came 😠Glad I had my tiny scissors in my purse, I cut the plastic tabby, explained to the cashier I had been waiting 10 plus minutes (no apologies were offered btw), so I took matters into my own hands.Hobby Lobby is further away from me, but the one I go to is at least Customer Friendly.

My mother in law went to get some yarn for me that was advertised to be on sale and (1) it wasnt, (2) one of the employees was rude and seemed bothered when she asked for help looking for a specific type/color of yarn, and (3) the yarn shelf itself looked like a tornado had torn through everything. The yarn was unraveled, missing labels, and in overall shambles.

Brought granddaughter to choose art supplies and used my 20% off coupon. She always starts in the Clearance section and found quality markers and great price. We went to Dollar Tree for a plastic organizer but found none. Went back for a plastic organizer for scrapbooking that was on sale 50% off and got it also to store her supplies. The cashier was nice enough to scan the 20% off coupon for that purchase too.

Michaels never disappoints me. Their ex-sister store, Aaron Brothers, used to be my favorite however, there arent too many left and they were always more expensive than Michaels. This Michaels in particular has a great store manager and employees that are very helpful and great at assisting when help is needed. Id definitely visit this store again when Im in the area. Its always a pleasure to visit because the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

I Never walk put empty handed. Michaels has great specials and coupons but download before you enter seems as f every Michaels has no Internet service. Plenty of ideas around the store. Parking is good. Employees are rare unless hunted down at my store at least. Phone questions I seem as if never quite answered correctly. Always get the same answer..order online. Thus, I still love Michaels but competition with Hobby Lobby.

I went in for a simple purple food coloring. This huge store did not carry it. WTH??? Now thats bad. I bought some junk i didnt even need. That was even worse.

For the record, this location has clean isles, but my 1 star was for the discrimination on the restrooms, since I was told that they were closed, but apparently to only the mens restroom, since the womens restroom was being accessed by women customers and women staff...

Great store. You can find almost any clothing item and accessories here. And you can try them all on before making the decision. Its air conditioned, has comfortable restrooms, and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Michaels has always been a great place to shop for art & craft supplies and a great place to find new ideas. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they remember your name.I can browse there for hours.I love Michaels, its one of my favorite stores.

Really love this store its your one stop shop.for all things crafty. Now they even have home decor which just makes it that much better. Their prices are reasonable and they always have a coupon through their app.

I purchased $35 worth of balsa wood last week and didnt use it so I attempted to return it today. I purchased with cash and didnt keep my receipt because I thought I was going to use it. They informed me that cant return the items for cash back without a receipt. After arguing back and forth with the cashier about getting my money back I finally asked her to get the store manager. The manager came out and said she would give me store credit but only half the value of what I purchased!!! She said this is their store policy. At that point I became furious that they were stealing from me. I made it very clear to the manager, cashier and all who was within an ears reach that this company steals from the customers at this point the manager instructed the cashier to just give my money back and she stormed off without another word to me. I will never go to this store ever again!!! Keep in mind if you purchase an item and try to return it without a receipt the will only give you half of what you paid for it!!!!
