Excellent customer service and great quality repair work.

My tailgate was stolen so I had to get a new one. Unfortunately you cant just order a new tailgate for a Tacoma, and you must order it piece by piece. They did a great job of taking care of me in an expeditious manner.The first time they handed my truck back to me it looked good, but not perfect. The paint matching was close, but not to my 100% satisfaction. Immediately upon noting my dissatisfaction, they made plans to rectify it to my satisfaction. They spent their time making sure that I would be happy with the results. I very much so am now.I would rather work with a shop that will make sure that you are 100% happy and satisfied than one that is faster or cheaper but doesnt take care of you the way Crash Champions did for me. This shop was great for me. I would recommend them to others I know.

My wife has been rear-ended twice in the past month, but you would never have guessed it if you looked at the vehicle. Went to Crash Champions for both repairs and the results were flawless each time. I cant recommend more.I worked with Alex for both estimates and repairs, and he was great! Between him and Gabby at the front desk, I always felt connected and informed about the repair.Both services were relatively quick. Similar cosmetic bumper repairs with sensor replacements both times and each were done in a few days.We noticed that one of the brake lights was out a couple of weeks after the last repair and the shop changed out the bulb for us. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no questions asked. It honestly could have just been blown out from regular use but they still changed it for us anyways.I hope we dont get hit again, but if we do were coming back here.

They were helpful from start to end. They were able to make an appointment for inspection and to drop off my car the same day they called me. They had the initial estimate ready in less than an hour. Even after they found more things to be repaired, they had my truck ready within the deadline I was given(1 week). Through out the whole process they kept me updated. It was a smooth process.Even my co-worker was surprised at how fast they got it done. His wifes car has been in a shop for almost 3 weeks for lesser damage than what my truck had .

Cant get a call back from anyone. Im trying to schedule an appointment for repairs. Its been 3 days since I left the message. No one calls back. Ill go some where else. This is the second time this has happened to me with this place. Bad customer service.

Had some undercarriage work done here in 2019 that came loose after hitting a dip too fast. Went back without an appointment to ask them to take a look at it again. Not only did they do that, but also repaired it again at no charge while I was waiting. Total elapsed time was only 25 minutes!

Pablo helped me out. He did a great job at explaining the process and keeping me filled in on the progress of my car. When I got my car back it looked great. I would definitely recommend CRASH CHAMPIONS COLLISION

They repaired two of my cars very well. I will always take my cars there for collision or any damage to my vehicle.

Our was severely damaged on the Freeway due to some debris falling off of a Cement Truck. We went through our insurance (AAA) and they recommended Pacific Elite Collision Center. It was a great recommendation.The repair shop to care of everything and they explained exactly what they were going to do and why. On top of that they delivered our looking and driving just like it did before the incident and before the expected finished date. I appreciate all of the help that Alex at the Pacific Elite provided us.I would definitely come back again.

Dealing with Pacific Elite is always a pleasure. They did a substantial amount of painting to my vehicle that sustained extensive damage in a sandstorm. They always stand behind their work and the staff is always friendly and competent.However, one employee stands out - Mr. Tek Ung. His customer service is exemplary and his commitment to excellence is truly outstanding. After completing a follow-up repair he went the extra mile; had the car washed; and did it all with both humor and grace.If you need any automotive repairs to your vehicle, then Pacific Elite is the the place to go. Bait and Switch. Brought my car in for a quote. $2000. But when i agreed to that and dropped off the car to have the work done they said the price would actually be over $3000. My tail end lights and trunk had been damaged and the lights were being held in place by duct tape but they said the estimator missed the lights??? I looked up the price of the lights and it $100-$200 but their quote went up by over $1000.

Went here for an estimate and 1st rude service from receptionist, then lied to by manager who told me to come back and he would personally help me....No! Returned, and was met and helped by some other person who took few pics and didnt even look internally ( alignment needed as a result of accident). Will not return, and convinced me being African American was the catalyst of my treatment by the professionals Pacific Elite staff. Unbelievable....yes it is!

Fantastic customer service! Weeks after moving to OC I got in a car accident and these guys took care of every detail. I had to go back for some continued repairs and they took care of the issues no questions asked. A huge thank you to the GM Mike Lopez who treated me with kindness and incredible customer service and made sure I always had a ride to and from my home in-between repairs. Being fully taken care of by Pacific Elite while being brand new to the area with no family around, during the Covid-19 pandemic, has spoken volumes to me. Thank you!

Honestly, great experience. The front office staff is very knowledgeable, well organized. The girls made me feel very comfortable. I worked with Shawn Rohlfing, he knows his stuff. The technology that is being used today is amazing. I would highly recommend this facility. I havent been to a body shop in years (more than 10 years).

They dont pay attention to details. Brought my car here after an accident and placed two brand new headlights in the trunk which I informed the advisor before bringing the car in and when dropping the car off. When the car was ready, the advisor asked if the headlights were in the trunk the whole time. I informed him yes and they wanted to charge me for having the issue fixed. I had to install brand new headlights on my car right after getting it from the body shop which does not make sense. If you do everything correct the first time, there will not be any issues.

Took my car to other spots in the past and regretted it. Tried Pacific cause I liked how the manager took care of my car at another store. He said he was starting his new job at Pacific. 2 weeks after the first repair another crash. Took it in to Pacific for the first time, Shawn helped me out. keep in mind Im picky with my car. Its Black on black so you can see every flaw. The guys over at Pacific took good care of my car. Shawn went beyond the call of duty picking up my car dropping it off and detailing my car. If you are looking for a repair shop look no more take it to Shawn he will get it done right.

Best body shop I’ve ever been to!!! Three times now and will never go anywhere else. 2014 4Runner and 2012 Honda Accord. All three times front end damage from debris on the fwy. . They made it seem less and my cars alway look brand new. Highly recommend.

PROFESSIONAL, KEPT ME IN THE LOOP EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. ALSO GAVE ME UPDATES ON THE REPAIR. TOOK ME HOME AFTER I DROPPED OFF CAR. THEYRE MERCURY & AAA AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITIES & THEYLL DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND.

They have low standards of work ethics. I had my window broken by a thief which left glass all over the back seat, and floor of my truck. They fixed my window, and charged me for a cleaning service. When I got the truck back I assumed they did a proper job and ended up sticking my hand into glass cutting my thumb. I called and they had me bring the truck back. Shawn told me they would completely take out my back seat and clean. They took over 4 hours when they told me one hour. It’s evident they didn’t take the seat completely out since I can see shards of glass where my hand can’t reach under the seat in. If you take your car here have them not do the deep cleaning service and take your car to get detailed by true professionals. They are just squeezing out more money from the insurance.

Im unhappy to say this auto body shop has had four time to get it right. I was in a minor rear end collision. Another party hit me in the back, I choose pacific because the original salesman talk a good story. first encounter they left overspray on the body not taped off and the bumper pealed in 3 months. and the trunk lid leaked. second time returned for paint repairs and trunk leak said they completed the job only to find that the trunk lid still leaked and the paint would fail again. third encounter fixed truck lid only to find leaks and roof and bumper pealing again. fourth encounter my car was backed into and cracked the bumper but because my car was worked on and still needed attention from pacific I took it back to them to paint and replace a bumper took 9 days leak never looked at apparently because it still leaks as of today 1/24/2013. fifth Will be in court. never will I bring my car here again.

This place is a joke . My insurance paid them to fix my car and I paid the deductible. When I took my car home the front end was squeaking. I made arrangements to take my car back and all they did was put a bigger bolt on my bumper . My car was returned to me and still is squeaking. It’s been a few weeks and I still can’t get them to fix it . We spoke to the manager and he told me to bring it in on Saturday (since I work mom-fri 9-5 ) and he will rent a car for me and I can make arrangements to pick it up on Monday . Well today is Saturday and I called to make sure everything was set up and they had no idea what I was talking about. So now I have a squeaky car . Praying my bumper don’t fall off while I’m driving ... SMH

I should have never used. The inspection took almost two hours and they still missed details. The insurance company didnt want to cover what they missed and delayed.
