I was rear ended and I knew coming to Topline was the only option. Once again, Candy was more helpful than my own insurance when it came to dealing with my vehicle. They took care of picking up my truck in the tow truck to get it to the shop. The entire time they did a wonderful time updating me and keeping me in the loop.To say Toplines team went above and beyond for me is putting it lightly. Besides the accident repairs I asked them to paint some parts of my truck that had began to fade over time. They took care of that, the owner Luis even asked if I wanted to change my headlights he could order them and get them installed. When they called me to pick up my truck I was amazed! They did a beautiful and professional job. My 10 year old truck looks brand new! This shop not only did what I went in for but they did so many extra things to make sure my truck looked good and that I was happy! It was cleaned inside and out when I got it.I am so grateful for all the work and communication I had with Topline!

Ive had body work done on my car twice by Topline so far. I am forever grateful for their wonderful work. Most importantly, expect the best customer service with them. From experience, its truly hard to trust body shops not to jerk you around on price and quality (lets face it.. its one or the other usually), but these are 100% not issues here. Candy and Louis do everything they possibly can to be on your side and work everything out. Thank you as always for your hard work. Unless I move out of Southern CA, I wont go to any other shop ever!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Driving on the freeway, a retread from a semi-truck flew in front of our car and we had to drive straight through the flying retread. It ripped the front of our car apart. Fortunately, no one was hurt. We contacted the company that regularly maintains our cars and without hesitation he referred us to Topline Auto Collision. They were professional and timely in all aspects of the repair. They kept us informed and the work was completed on time. The car looked brand new and they even washed and detailed the outside. I highly recommend them for any body work your car may need!
