Came in today for a nail in my tire. BEST customer service! Andy and his technician took care the of problem quickly. I was there for less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend coming here! I had gone to Firestone across the street initially but they took way too long to look at my car.

Come here, Do NOT go to American Tire Depot.The guys who work here are great at doing customer service and car servicing! I had 4 tires put on by AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT (not America’s Tire) which all 4 were misbalanced TWICE by up to 1.75oz. I came here and they balanced my tires quickly and now my Ford rides like a Cadillac due to properly balanced tires. Thank you Allen Tire guys!

Always helpful and honest

I was about to leave for work when I noticed that one of my brand new tires was flat. Ugh! Threw on the spare and headed around the corner to Allen Tire just as they were opening. Within 2 seconds flat they were getting my car on jacks - the garage doors werent even opened yet! I was a little shocked at first that theyd charge $25 to fix a flat, thinking they were just going to plug it. But the wheel came off the car, the tire came off the wheel, and the pneumatic drill came out to play. Dude threw down and was done before I even knew it. Will surely be back for my future tire needs. One complain though - I was hoping he would work s-l-o-w-e-r as I didnt want to go to work and, for once, had a good excuse to be late!

Brought my car here for an alignment. Afterwards, the steering wheel was tilted to the right. Brought it back in to get fixed properly, but the same problem. After 25 years as a customer here, I’m done.

I have come into Allen Tire Company with problems on multiple vehicles ranging from popped tires to ignition issues. They have not only professionally completed each job, but have gone out of their way to check the health of each vehicle, and to keep me updated with what else is going on. They are never pushy with their services, and anyone would be lucky to use their services

I hit something on the freeway and my tire warning came on and I was losing air fast. I pulled in and they told me to give them an hour. It was done in about 45 minutes. Service was good.

I brought my car here after being potentially scammed over at American Tire Depot around the corner. Told them I had a long drive ahead of me & was looking to make sure my wheel alignment & tires were good. According to American tire depot, I had a bent tire rod and leaking shocks. Allen Tire company check that out and told me everything looked normal. Integrity and honesty is a win for me, they will be getting my business again.

Got my tires balanced and rotated for free due to purchasing here before. The shop guys were thorough and checked and rechecked balances till spot on, checked the tire pressure, and checked all lugs to the right spec. Prices here are a touch high for the tires though.

I have been using Allen Tire Company starting in the 80s when I drove 3000+ miles a month. They were always there for me, keeping an eye out on my car making sure it was always safe. They never oversold me. I love it that in all that time there have only been 2 managers. I love their nitrogen for the tires.One of the biggest tips I got during that time when I was getting a new car every 3 years was to have them check the alignment on a new car. It saved a ton of money in those days and on my last new car it also needed an alignment.I have always felt that I was in good hands with Allen Tire Fullerton.

I was helped by Rodger and his team. I had to do some repairs for my car to pass smog. Rodger was exceedingly friendly and helpful. He helped me track down a part that could not be found next door and even installed it for free.I was very impressed with how I was treated. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of in fact quite the opposite.They were upfront, and went beyond what they needed to do to help me get my car in working order.A big thanks to Rodger and his team!

Very professional and friendly staff. Front end staff took the time to listen to my concerns in regards to problems on my Ranger 4x4. Later, met with front end staff and technician to discuss the problem and remedy. The price I was quoted is what I was charged. I ran over some debris on the highway, and my tire went by that night. I refilled it, and the next morning, when I got to work, it deflated again. I did a local search and went to Allen Tire. I was fully ready to buy a new tire (my car was only a few weeks old at this time), but they managed to patch the tire. They easily could have sold me a new tire, but they didnt. That patch is still holding a couple of years later. Im due for new rear tires, and as soon as I get my next paycheck, Ill be coming here to have them replaced.

I have been here a few times now and really felt the need to share my expierence.I called in advance to ask for a specific tire and got a general price range to expect but since I didnt have the exact tire size I was not able to get a 100% accurate quote.When I arrived I spoke to Roger, he came out looked at my tire size and recommended a few different options to suit the needs for my particular style of driving. I was very happy to hear that Rogers reviews and descriptions of the tires accurately matched those of which i found online so I knew he was not just trying to sell me expensive tires that I did not need.During my tire change they also inspected my brakes and tested my battery and I found that my battery was already failing in just a 3 year period. Roger wanted to double check so he used a second battery tester confirmed that it was in fact failing. I was able to get a new battery and tires without any hassle and in a fair timely manner.Roger is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I am a very happy return customer! Please expect that I will return to work with Roger for all my automotive needs!

My dads been coming here since the late 80s and Ive been taking my cars here since 2000. Roger and his crew have been nothing short of fair, honest, very knowledgeable, and legit good people. Their attitude to customers is top notch, despite the occasional angry customer. Service is good, but its pricey.

I drive my kid to Cal State Fullerton from Fontana,and my other to Csusb,i drive alot of miles for my kids and keep my 2005 scion xa running good. I have synthetic oil changes but find them out of my price range.I bought my own oil and filter and took them to the fullerton store and and was quoted 20.00 for labor.I found this very helpful and had taken my auto for changes three times,paying 20.00 each time.February 27th i took my car again with my own oil and filter and was turned away by Matt Feinauer, the manager.Even though i explained that i had been quoted and paid this price he informed me that it was 5 dollars more,and said He didnt want them started bad habits.And that was a s far as he went and then ignored me. The shop was empty at the time and i couldnt understand why he would treat a paying customer this way.I worked with the public and in my opinion would have prefered he give me the 20 dollar price and inform me in the future it would be 25. But instead was treated to his negative attitude about me asking his name,and how he PLays Ice Hockey with the Owner every dayIm 57,i attended and graduated from Cal state fullerton.I found it extremely disrespectful being treated like this,the employees are very helpful but Feinauer seems to feel very comfortable in his position and treats his customers as such. When i entered i made a good humoured attempt to make him laugh by speaking Spanish to him,but then spoke english, he seemed to be angered by this.I honestly dont know why he would treat a customer like this.I sincerely hope Allen Tire Corp takes this seriously.Well it turns they did,i spoke to one of Corporate gentleman and hes assured me the problem will be corrected.I sincerly hope. The good service continues as before and apreciate the matter being resolved and have been assured i can return for that oil change.

My car was making a terrible knocking noise in the back while I was driving. I pulled off the freeway and was lucky to see the Allen Tire right where I pulled over. I told the manager about the noise and he had one of his guys test drive the car. When he came back he took out the rear seat, which was kind of a pain and found the rear struts had come loose. He tightened everything up real nice and put the seat back together. The problem was solved in about 60 minutes of time and they only charged me $29 for an inspection fee. What great service! I know where I will be going for my next set of tires.

I did quite a bit of research on the internet to select the exact model that suits my driving, and selected the MXM4 ZP. Then I checked prices locally and found that Allens price was the lowest among dealers close to me. I called and talked to Vincent who told me that he could have the tires by the next day. So a made an appointment to have them installed the following afternoon. Vincent called me in the morning to let me know the tires had arrived. When I got to Allen Tire everything was ready to go, and they had the new tires installed in under an hour. All my questions were answered in detail, and the experience was great.
