Great service, I have an older car that would not start. Baughman and Turner Automotive was there, worked with me to get the right parts and made the necessary repair to get my car running again. The car runs great. I really appreciate their commitment to getting my car working. Highly recommended.

I wish the one perpetually grouchy and abrasive gentleman was easier to work with, but the rest of the staff was great. Brought 2 cars here with a list of issues, they were relatively quick and reasonably priced.

Cant beat satisfied

I have been going here for 25 years and I have always received good service from Mark and his mechanics. I will continue to use Baughman as long as I live in the area and my kids do as well. Mark and crew are very honest and trustworthy to use.

We have been using the services of Baughman and Turner going on 20 years now! Mark is always willing to answer my questions and show me the problems our car is having! I have yet had to return a car for re-repair if a problem! Very honest and reliable company!

I have been taking my Jeep to Baughman & Turner for several years. They have done a lot of big jobs for me. I just trusted that they were treating me squarely. I recently had $800 in accumulative repairs done. I feared they might be taking the opportunity to gouge me. I was disappointed to learn that when they recommended a $50 degreasing of my engine and chassis after the repair of several oil leaks, that it merely entailed spraying two cans of degreaser. When I looked under my car it was as if nothing was done. I had hoped that it was an oversight but I just got off the phone with them and it was not. They are offering to spray it some more but I will not be returning to that shop. I might be overreacting but I feel like a chump so Im moving on.

Probably one of the best mechanics I and my family have used. We had a tried and trusted mechanic for years until he retired. Wevthen bounced around to recommend shops, which needless to say didnt retain our business. Mark and his crew are straight forward and upfront. There has never been a surprise problem. If there is anything that is a surprise they always call with the diagnosis before they proceed. To me this is how it should be, no Mickey Mouse jobs or surprise charges on your bill. Mark and his fellows are straight up good fellas.
