Matt and Randy are the most honest BMW and for that matter any repair shop I have worked with for my other vehicles.My main problem was the A/C not working.I took my 1987 BMW L6 to 3 independent repair services specializing in older BMWs and a BMW dealer who wanted $2500+ for a compressor( you can buy a new OEM for 300+- on the web).Another well known BMW specialist wanted to charge $5000 to fix the a/c. None of these fools had a clue what was wrong with the a/c. By the way the compressor was fine.Matt diagnosed and found the problem and we replaced the part at minimum cost. The A/C recently failed and he found a leaky O ring and I was charged 1 hour labor. It now works perfectly. From my experience any other shop would have taken me to the cleaners to fix it.They also fixed my auto front seat, changed the trans fluid, replaced some fuses and lights and did a minor tune-up all for a very reasonable charge.I already mentioned they were honest but in addition they REALLY know their stuff and are truly nice guys.I wouldnt trust my car with any other shop.

My mini cooper was leaking coolant! I ended up needing a new thermostat and water pump. Randy took care of my mini mo, she was in great hands. She is running as she should! Thanks Randy!

An honest garage. Matt is very friendly and knowledgeable about BMWs. Learned if you go through him to purchase your Tire Rack tires, you save shipping. He has a high end Snap-on wheel balancer also. Will get my new tires installed on all my cars here.

Ive been using Matt for six years for my wifes car. For work I deal with hundreds of repair shops around the country. In terms of competency an honesty Ronin is just about the best there is.

If you have a BMW or mini and you dont want to pay full dealership prices, this is where you need to take it. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff.

I forgot the name of the mechanic and manager but I came in with a quite unusual and weird request on replacing a car part thats not sold separately (only as very expensive package that dealers dont stock) and the mech went out of his way to find it for a good price and gave me his time of the day; mechanics dont make money while searching/talking above/beyond the quoted labor hours, but these guys are detail and service oriented. Would take my BMW there anytime again.

Wow --- be careful. They tried to charge me $90.00 to replace one taillight bulb which was a 10 min job when I later had it changed at the dealer.
