We had a great experience with David from OCM at the Fullerton location. I called first to get help with questions and David was very kind and so helpful over the phone that I decided right away that I wasn’t even going to bother going to Mattress Firm. I told him I need a bed to support my back. When we came in it was so easy since he knew what I needed. He didn’t try to up-sell me. We got a Diamond bed that was great quality and reasonable price. Thank you.

Very good service. We recently bought a mattress, decided no deal in the last minute possible for another mattress, and they were still willing to help. Sorry for all the inconveniences we may have done! But service, sales, and mattress themselves are A+++

We ended up buying a mattress set here. We shopped all of the big named stores and found that prices and quality run the gammit. We were surprised to find out that some dont allow you to return them if it doesnt work out within a certain time frame. OC Mattress allows you 60 days and offers next day FREE delivery. Of course they set up and take your old set. Go see Chad (works Tue - Sat) for a great deal. 👍

I was so excited about the bed we purchased at first. We laid on it in the store and thought it would be okay. When we got it home and slept on it the sides of the bed are sinking. Yes, we did by a final salel floor model however it was damaged. The owner did not return nor help us since it was damaged. They said too bad, its a final sale. So disappointing we spent $2,000 for it then just like that they scammed us! Horrible feeling. Dont shop here, all they want is to make money and dont care about the customer!

I came to Orange County Mattress in Fullerton (on Imperial HWY) and the first thing the Asian employee tells us is, “If you guys aren’t serious about buying anything or you don’t know what you’re looking for I can’t help you.” My husband and I still continued to be nice and I said, “Well, I was looking for a 6” mattress for a high loft bed” he laughed and looked at me rudely and said, “Yeah you’re never going to find that. The lowest is a 7 inch. Who makes anything lower than that!? And what is a high loft bed be specific.” What!? This guy is horrible at customer service and he knows little about mattresses or beds. We would have considered buying a 7 inch mattress if he hadn’t run us out the moment we walked in. What if we knew nothing about mattresses and were looking to upgrade? Please take your business elsewhere. I honestly did not think that this atrocious customer service was constant in this place when other people would tell me. Sadly, now I know what they are talking about. I give this place a 0.

I bought a iComfort Hybrid Limited Edition Super Pillow Top in the store and delivered it on day 02/13/2018.But never in my life have I slept on such a bad mattress.Every time I make any movement in bed, it makes a horrible noise.I got it at Orange County Mattress in Fullerton, CA.I went back to the store and talked to the seller about the problem of the mattress, but said that can not do anything or the customer service, because it is a final sale.I am extremely disappointed with the brand of the mattress and the store.
