I am very happy with my purchase. I would have loved if the packet of napkins I purchased would have come in a complete dozen but the 10 I ordered work just fine for now. I really appreciated wear house pick up, I was able to go at my time and sooner than having it delivered. Obviously saved some $$$ as well. I will definitely be purchasing from Koyal Supplies again.

I was sent the wrong item. The item all busted up that was sent. I called the company and left a voice mail. I never got one back. I also tried to contact them online. I had no luck. I would have loved to have gotten my actual product.

The frames are very nice. They were perfect for pressed flowers art work. They came quickly and were packaged securely. Everyone I gme them to have commented on them.

The items ordered arrived when promised and in excellent condition. They are of fine quality and actually better looking than the web site would indicate. My only caveat for Canadian customers as that you may have to pay duties when your items are delivered, so its better to be home on the day.

These are great sturdy stands. I just wish I could have purchased the two larger ones separately. The small stand wont hold my larger pot. I never would have purchased the smaller stand but I was forced to in order to buy the taller stands.

Glass geometric box for cards as perfect. Arrived packed extremely well. Has a slot in the top and it’s larger than I anticipated So wedding cards should fit no problem. I am very pleased.

The items that I ordered are what they were described online, and good quality. However, I misread the description on the height of the lanterns (my own fault), and all sales are final for clearance items. Now Im left with $800 of lanterns that I cant use. My only feedback is to allow customers a certain timeframe for returning items. Id pay to ship them back if I got my $$ back.

I ordered the 4 pieces of White iridescent plate chargers. When I picked the package you could hear the rattling. The chargers broken. Badly packaged for shipping. I have contacted Koyal via telephone and left msg, no returned my call. By the way I called them three times before I elected to leave a msg.I have to call my bank to get a refund. I am sorry that I have done business with this company. I gave them one rating because there wasn’t anything lesser to give.

Good Morning,I purchased 16 Pressed Glass Floating Frames. They arrived on March 4th by FedEx. The exterior box seemed to have been handled roughly. But upon inspection, the 2 interior boxes were fine and the floating frames were securely packed in styrofoam and plastic sleeves. I am very pleased with the antique gold finish and the quality of the floating frames. I hope to put table numbers and dried flowers into each frame to mark the guest tables at my daughters wedding in October. I order the custom photo canvas wedding guestbook welcome sign, SKU: APPC48480 for my best friends wedding. I LOVE IT!!! The quality is prefect. I did have to email them to upload the photo. They didnt have an option and I was a bit confused. I emailed them, and they responded with in an hour. They sent a link and I was able to upload the picture. I placed a large order for the Black geometric terrariums that were on backorder for months. Once I finally received them after much anticipation they are NOTHING like they are described online. The color looks like a rusted silver/pewter color and they seem quite fragile. I have attempted to contact Koyal via their apparent 24 hour online chat, with zero reply and then when I called their customer service line it rang twice & an automated message said there is not one here to take your call. I called at 9:15am on a Friday. Very disappointed in the product and service received, for the large amount of money I spent.

The quality of the acrylic donut stands I paid 25.00 for were horrible. All of the stand poles were stripped out on the inside and would not tighten at all so they lean. Very disappointed.

Disappointed in color of stones. Shown as blue and the majority are almost black. Only 5-6 pieces are the color as advertised.

If you are purchasing from Canada, DONT. There is A LOT of extra custom duties AND taxes you have to pay which can render the cost pretty much double. If it was just the tax on the item then I would understand but there are separate customs fees and brokerage fees which you are not told about so purchasing from Canada? Might as well count whatever you buy as double the cost.

I was prompted to review this company on their website. I did, with honesty, and then they said they would contact me to fix the issues. They never contacted me and prompted me to review again. This time, when I left a review of the lack of customer service, I received a response with no help, STILL and insults. Wont buy from them again.

They have everything for parties all kind and good prices.

Ok so I had a great experience with this company. I ordered the longstem glass votives for my wedding and received all of them in perfect condition minus 1 that had been slightly chipped on the bottom. (I feel like this was a fluke since the packaging of my items was excellent.) I emailed the company with a picture to let them know and they answered within 24 hours sending me a replacement item. They did not require anything more from me, I did not have to ship it back, and they said I can keep/dispose of the damaged item.As far as the votives themselves, they required a light rinse and there were some presence of bubbles in the glass. This is already expressed on their website as normal and when they are all setup not at all noticable. Overall, i had a great experience and will definitely order from this company again. :)
