Rock and gravel wonderland! So much beautiful stuff, from basic gravel to polished work of art stones and more. Got 5 tons of red gravel for a backyard sitting area project and was very happy. Fast delivery, great customer service. Haven’t found anywhere with this level of quality and variety! Oh and Free samples are a great feature, was able to see what it would look like in my project!

Warehouse setting. They have a great selection with anything that has to do with rocks for outdoor landscaping. I only wish they had a scale or sheet for pricing and there was no one at desk to help with information.

Staff at Southwest Boulder are absolutely incredible very helpful willing to work with you help you out with samples and always there to help. Been to Fullerton many times always a pleasant experience and always able to find what I need.A particular type of rock I was looking for was not available at Fullerton the staff was quick to hop on the phone contact other Southwest locations and found what I was looking for. When all the way down to Escondido in 4 hours of traffic and met the greatest crew so far. Steph was willing to wait for me running late from traffic, incredibly helpful showed me to where I needed to go. Even helped load my car with me. Thank you guys for having such a great and hopeful staff always very pleasant to deal with cant recommend Southwest enough!

This is a great place to find amazing boulders, stones, rocks, flagstones and beautiful Indigo Basalt water fountains (10% heavier than granite). If you like shopping at Resource Building Materials and Thompson Building Supply you’ll really enjoy visiting Southwest Boulder & Stone. They have many unique and beautiful products to enhance your landscape. Travis, manager, shared his amazing knowledge and expertise. They have 7 locations throughout California. Overall, a very fortunate discovery.

I was there a couple of weeks ago looking for rocks to paint as a project for my kids and self. The gentlemen that helped were so kind and the variety was great. I will definitely be returning for my future project needs great place, thank you for your help and safety measures being used during this time.

I was charged $63 for 2 pallets and those were returnable.I went to return those got $33 out of $63.First guy said they will not give any money, just drop in their lot, i knew he don’t know how to refund out of those pallets in their system.$30 was their restocking fee, which is just take it out from my car and put in to their lot.

Great place!!

My visit to SW Boulder started out great. I was given prices for the rock I asked about and left. I put together a bid for my client and went back to buy the rock. Tha is when things started to go wrong. The price went from $109 a yard (the price I was originally quoted) to $153 a yard. Well that wasnt acceptable, thats not the price I told my client. Travis adjusted the price so it was significantly closer to what I was told but it was a lot closer so I contacted my client and she agreed to pay the extra.When the material (Palm Springs 3/4 crush) was delivered to the job, it was at least as much sand as it was rock. I called and customer service said they would give me some better material so I drove over to the Fullerton store but there was no better material. The rock they are selling is NOT rock. It is a 50/50 mix of sand and rock and thats all there is to it. At the store Travis informed me that there is no better material, this is all they have. Basically, too bad! You may have paid for rock but that is not what we have. I will be searching for other store for future materials.

Excellent service and pricing

Went here to look for some DG. Home Depot wants 5 dollars for a small bag. I was able to get a scoop of DG that nearly filled the back of my truck for only 35 dollars! Wow! Service was great as well. Theres all types of rock and stone here as well. Ill definitely be back for my other landscaping needs!..
