Came in for a car I found on Carfax unfortunately it was sold by the time I got there. I did however find another vehicle which was in great condition. Low mileage. Clean title. Everyone at the location was very helpful and nice. I didnt feel hassled. I walked out with a great price on a great car that even came with free Roadside assistance for a year. My 5 year old loves it and I do too! 😊

Bought a car for my college bound son. Car had a known issue with the radio touch screen. They had a part ordered to address the issue but it didn’t fix it. I was looking for a car for my teenage daughter. I found a VW Beetle, the perfect first car for her, at a reasonable price and extremely clean. I was leery about the purchase because of an experience at one of the major dealerships trying to buy a different used car. This major dealership listed the price in the AutoTrader (a reasonable price), but they added nitrogen to the tires, added a GPS theft recovery system, and a paint protection film. All of their add-on’s added an extra $3500 to the advertised price.American Motors did none of these deceptive tactics. The price advertised in the AutoTrader was a fair Blue Book price and the price that they sold the car to me. There was no high pressure, no underhanded/deceptive sales tactics. I would definitely buy another car from them and would wholeheartedly recommend American Motors.

They put coolant sealer/thickener in the coolant system in my Car to seal a Leak by the heater core.Because of their brilliant quick fix to sell a car....The inside of my whole coolant system looks like an egg (perhaps that’s what they used)My Radiators are only working at 40% capacity and heater core is clogged along with my whole systemPlease do not trust this sketchy place like I did.(PLUS- They know the guys at the dealerships around so don’t bother for a PPI like I did)Thank you American Motors 🥰

This place is really good for buying a used car. Despite what the building looks like, the cars are cleaned, maintained and well-taken care of; the purchasing process was very simple; and Amin answered all questions asked. The overall service was great! Everyone was courteous, we were offered complimentary drinks, and even given a tip for a good oil-changing place. Would definitely recommend.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! This guy literally tried selling us a broken car! He showed us the 2012 teal Ford Focus we wanted and told us it had just been inspected thoroughly and it was in perfect condition but the transmission makes a funny noise sometimes but his mechanic said it was perfectly normal for that model. We took it for a test drive and had it inspected by a mechanic down the street and turns out the transmission was completely done for! We then went back and showed him the error message in the vehicle dashboard coming from its own computer and he decided to lie to us and change his story stating he knew it was messed up! I told him theres no way its legal he could sell me a car that isnt going to make it home and he started yelling at me saying that he could and that other people have done the exact same thing we just did and were quoted way higher than $3,000 for a new transmission! I still tried to make an offer asking him to deduct atleast 2/3rds or at least half of the cost of replacing it with a used transmission which wouldve been $1,500 discount and he argued that he would only discount $200! The large middle eastern man was literally spitting in my face and arguing with me! We saw other cars after that one and we notice another for focus in his lot had a broken A/C and wanted to let him know about it, and he angrily yelled at us saying no it wasnt and we dont know anything about cars!Definitely steer clear of this place this guy is literally going to try and rip you off! He will lie through his teeth to try and sell you a broken car! Most rude car dealership Ive ever visited!

Their prices are really good. Look around online and so forth and youll see American Motors is priced right. And, again, Saeid was professional and easy to work with. No hassles, no inaccuracies, no problems. And quick. I was in an out in about an hour (+/-). I recommend American Motors.

I got my minivan here ( see picture) . Cool little dealership with super friendly personnel. Amin is your guy....you want him to help you. I have never been in a dealership where I was not pressured in some way or told typical salesmanship stories. This gentlemen are humble, honest and they wont sell you any BS, tell you stories or pressure you into anything. My car buying experience was great at American Motors. Ali was extremely helpful and the whole process couldnt have been easier. I found the car online and decided to come by to check it out. I usually stay away from smaller dealerships, but Im glad I didnt this time.The car was in amazing shape, the interior was spotless, the engine bay was so clean, and everything checked all the boxes I was looking for in a commuter car. I knew I wanted a diesel, and Ali informed me that with the huge diesel scandal, a lot of cars got recalled and have a 4 year 45k mile warranty. I looked this up, searched the VIN on Audis website, and confirmed this was all correct.There was never any pressure into buying a car, I never felt rushed, and Ali even held the car for me with a deposit because I was closing on my house and needed some time before returning.All in all, great service and great little selection of cars.Ill be sending my friends over if they see a car they like.

The worst place I have ever been. Extremely raggedy, and poor customer service. Drove 1hr just to be rudely dismissed by Ali and told that he wouldn’t sell us the car. All we did was ask about aftermarket fees. The place is sketchy. Do NOT waste your time going here. If I could give them zero stars I would.

One could assume that when youve been in constant communication w/someone and have asked about a vehicle, issues that would be so unavoidable when test driving such as an;Air bag lightSqueeling pitch noise when turning wheelsClunk clunk clunk noise when starting vehicleWould have been brought up.Luckily the time wasted wasnt by a huge margin. The fact that Ali had failed to mention this and seemed almost meh when I told him about these issues and had thenaudacity to ask if I was interested in any other vehicles. Unheard of to me, at least.The principal here is character and honesty and if I have to question these two very important things, its safe to say my instincts have already told me to leave.Ali is a nice guy, hes got great communication when it comes to timing, poor communication when it comes to talking about issues.$4900 plus state taxes and fees isnt cheap and hiding issues is never okay, you can get sued. Not to mention its likely a danger for the buyer.

Came to this lot particularly to look at a Truck that we found on CarGuru.Both Alis were helpful and were able to work with us to take it home.We did purchase a 3 year warranty for $2k that covers bumper to bumper ( including engine, transmission and more) .Just to be on the safe side o my because you never know what can go wrong with the vehicle in the future.

This place is a typical scam dealership and dont let the other reviews convince you otherwise. Their sales rep is lying straight to my face telling me one of their vehicles is a higher trim and hes trying to charge way above Fair Market Price on Kelly Blue Book.I look up the VIN number on MULTIPLE websites and the car is showing up as a BASE model on all of them. I SHOW the rep the search results and he still ARGUES with me that its a higher trim!Absolutely unreal!Rude, unprofessional, lying and dishonest! Steer clear!

I recommend making sure you look at the car fax before attempting to purchase from this car lot. Next time, disclose the proper information when a customer asks why your vechile is being sold at a discount.

I am very disappointed that I took a 20-mile trip to test drive an Audi A3 and I was told that I could only drive the car if I filled out a form to pre-qualify to buy before I could take it for a spin. I think it is fair to ask for it, but not a great customer experience. I left without the test drive and I wont be coming back any time soon.
