Went to have the food court. Hot dog and a slice of pepperoni pizza. So yummy. Its been a year and a half. I do think its wrong not to let anyone buy without a Costco card. Many people cannot afford a Costco card and look forward to the food. Very very wrong

Left my wallet w/ a fat clip of money in my cart here today. Came back no less than 10 mins and not find my wallet. Went inside to talk to the manager, turns out, an honest and outstanding employee found it and turned it over. I appreciate all of you! Thank you!

Well stocked, very nice variety of items. Very clean. However too many people. Snack bar food inexpensive, large and pretty good.

Extra busy place! I’ve been to a variety of Costcos and this is the busiest by far. Place is decently enough to return. Staff aren’t too substandard but have such an attitude where you wouldn’t want to bother to ask them for help. Food courts extremely busy and gasoline line could have the last car at the AMC theaters.

Nice to buy bulk. Unfortunately everyone wants the same stuff you got as well so shortages are happening again. They keep harassing me that I cant use the credit card they sent us that we both have our name on because my wifes picture is on the back. Gustopo or Costco? Im not sure but their prices are going up and Im thinking I might just bale..

I had a 4pm appointment with your tire center to plug a leak tire. I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes before it was completed. I have also noticed that he was tightening all of my tire. Why? I didnt ask them to check my other tires they were fine. It was a long wait for a small job and Im not happy.

Love that business center Costco in Westminster finally has fever-tree brand sodas, both ginger beer and grapefruit flavors. Hope that they sell more varieties of that brand soon. Kambucha selection is better then regular Costcos also. Soda variety in general is better then regular Costco, although hour if operation are more limited.

Not as bad as garden Grove gas almost, each two pumps of five have their own line except for when youre on harbor you can use those four pumps The line is over an hour. It would be faster to drive down to fountain valley get gas and drive back. At any time of day. This parking lot is one of the worst parking lots in the Costco Southern California area without the double-wide spaces that you would normally see everywhere else. The food court is outside and theres always about 20 people online and thank goodness they made it restrictive for members only.

Kirland brand is affordable and durable.The food court has a variety of good food with reasonable prices I Dont recommend to go on the weekends it is a nightmare to find parking. Although I Have to say that some employees, especially the cashiers are not very welcoming, eventhogh they make more money that the average person working an a grocery store.

The store was well stocked and neat considering all the new folks shopping there, however the ladies room was filthy, and broken paper holder was sharp and fell close to my eye. The users are dirty and inconsiderate with your restroom.

Its an ok store, but the getting in and getting out of thier parking lot is a son of #$%@, they realy need to change thier configuration.

Another day in life brings me to my go to place for bulk buys. Coffee, meats, and cheeses are my preferred items to shop. However, Costco has an array of items in many catagories of life, animals, house ware, electronics, jewelry, kitchen, cleaning, fresh, frozen, and prepared foods, and automotive are the areas that I can think of off the top of my head. When shopping around to find deals Costco is pretty comparable.

Great Costco it’s not that busy compared to others. Everything that you’re looking for is basically here.

Its a great place to shop but the hidden gem at this location is a guy by the name of Joel. He works mornings at the gas station. If you see him talk to him hes the best!!!

Today I honestly just stopped at Costco for one of the rotisserie chickens and that was it. I honestly like the price and the flavor of of Costcos rotisserie chicken. I noticed they are following CDC guidelines and keeping the warehouse clean so thank you again Costco for keeping us safe!

Cheaper than the La Habra location, but extremely busy because its cheaper. Why is it chaper? OC has a slight lower tax rate than LA County locations

WORST, UNSAFEST & SLOWEST COSTCO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Their membership counter has a long line. Leo G., who was helping the couple before me, transferred his customer to the next agent then just stood there chitchating, doing nothing with 4 people behind me and the store closing within 30 minutes. When I asked him why he is not helping the next customer, he started having attitude, getting upset and becoming very rude and refused to help me. Then said, go ahead, report me to the manager. For the next 10 minutes of his workday he just stood there doing nothing with 5 people waiting to be helped. Then he left. Cesley came over & helped me get a day pass withon 2 minutes but with employees like Leo, not even Cesleys sweetness can make up for it. If he does not like to work, there are millions of other people who would gladly help customers at Costco. He should find another line of work where he is just stocking in the back and not being arrogant and rude to paying customers. Also, there are no sanitizers for customers w/ delta variant in the area. Workers are wearing gloves to protect themselves but are not changing them to protect customers. When I mentioned this to him, this worker gave me attitude as well. Whewf. BEWARE!!!

I love going to costco, every time I am there there are hundreds of people there. Employees are very kind and ready to assist at a moments notice. Parking is easy to find, fuel, however is a bit of a wait(10 to 15mins). Products / produce is always fresh and of the highest quality.

We didnt go in the store this time, we hot gas. Most Costcos have gas now & it is always the cheapest in the area. Each store has their own pricing for their area. Its good fuel at a good price. Lines may be long but usually move fast do to multiple pumps in each row.

Always the best experience. I always go for one rotisserie chicken and finish paying $200.00 or more. Eggs the best. Pork the best. Fruit the best. Bread ... fresh, the best.

I find the membership / returns area staff by extremely professional and polite people. Hailey and Abigail are two outstanding employees of this Costco that service this area. Always polite and always going out of their way to make membership desk a very enjoyable experience for both new and old members. They make this Costco an amazing place to shop.

I really like low prices here but parking can be a pain always so pack . You have to come 20 mnts before they Open and get easy parking even pizza is already made...but come in later on any time till it closes and parking is a pain even handicapped parking. Staff is always friendly and bathrooms are very clean. Just hard to find staff on floors to help you reach something or to locate items you are looking for. Need more floor staff.

That is a busy Costco and you always have Fresh Products because the turnarounds is high I like to go there because the prices for gas is cheaper than other Costco and the employees over there are very helpful

Nice variety of items and well stocked in most departments. Produce looked fresh, which is important to us. Could not locate CholestOff Plus in the medication section after multiple attempts. Seems weird because other Costco locations make it easy to locate. Sams Club does NOT offer CholestOff Plus which is one reason why we prefer shopping at Costco.

Costco often have great sales and the prices are pretty good alone. The bakery is on point, the food court as well and the meat department is great too. Sometimes they have really nice puma or Adidas sneakers at really low prices. Great place to shop over all.

This Costco is very well managed and the staff members are always friendly here. When you see the same staff for years, you know there is little turnover because of good management.They have recently invested in new carts which are amazingly quiet and smooth, like cart Cadillacs. In my opinion, there is nothing much worse than a cart that makes a bunch of racket while you’re shopping.It was quite busy on a Monday evening mid month, but they strive to be efficient and keep the lines moving. In fact, today a nice team member came along while I was waiting in line and she did a “pre-check.” I was third in line and she scanned my membership card and started scanning away. I was all checked out by the time I got to the clerk and I paid in a matter of seconds.Had to make a stop at the photo center to pick up some pictures, which we uploaded the night before. We got all the right messaging and confirmation via email. Just as we got to the photo center, a gentleman scouted us, saw we needed help, and greeted us kindly and promptly. He immediately got our order ready for checkout, we paid and we were out of there.Our quality control person on the way out was a gentleman who was extremely kind with his words and checked our receipt. Every bit of the way today was just confirmation and confirmation of a job being executed well by their entire team. That’s why I am doing my part and taking my time this evening writing this review on December 14 2020 at 7pm. Thank you Fullerton Costco team!

Best price on car batteries in town. However the parking lots of disaster so negative one star for that. I do like Costco. And I like that I get money back on my Costco credit card when I shop there. Other locations have better traffic and parking situations though.

I think I liked this Costco a bit better than Garden Grove location (maybe Im just bored of my usual place). I like that the food court is outside because that means less people inside. However, the cashier (Marco) was not friendly at all. It was hard to understand him. (Probably the pexiglasa and masks) but he didnt make an effort to articulate and seemed super annoyed when I asked him to repeat because I didnt hear. He told my mom and I that next time he wouldnt let us pay together and we each needed our own card. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he was rude in general. When my mom forgot to hand him her card, he said I need the number. I was genuinely confused as to what he was referring to. I think member card is a better term. Anyway the reason my mom and I paid together and used her card and not two, was I lost my own and tried to get a new one but they said their machine was broken and they could report it lost. It kinda sucked that I stood in line for that, wish they had a sign. That was a bummer and then on top of that, the cashier was rude so not a pleasant experience yesterday.

I hope it is just me and my wife and it was only this particular chicken we had last weekend. We have had rotisserie chicken at Costco in Orange County and LA county for almost 20 years and it has always been delicious. We tried it at Costco in Cabo. The look is exactly the same, but the taste is much different. The chicken is hard to chew and my wife thinks that it tastes bitter a little bit. The shrimp is very fresh though.

Cause of this place there lots of traffic and poor flow of it. Tried getting to Panera bread and it took about 5-10 minutes just to get in here! Avoid this area like this plague.

Very busy Costco. Has Gas and tire installation too. Nice and courteous of management to inform about the late start of operations due to a planned power outage. Stopped for Gas on a SAT, was busy but fast moving. Management also has a sign asking for folks to keep their membership card handy to keep the lines moving faster. Good Job guys.

It’s Costco, so they have great deals. The parking is terrible and the checkout lines are long. I wish there was curbside pickup like Sam’s club has. Try Sams club out, they usually have a deal for the first year free and they have better parking and curb side pickup. Sams club also has free shipping for most of their items. Costco marks it up. Costco does have better items, but Sams club sometimes beats them on quality and cost.

Due to COVID-19 and to insure proper 6 feet distance, COSTCO is asking for 1 person per family. They did repeat it multiple times. Members in line chose NOT to listen. SO for future members, 1 PERSON IN LINE PER FAMILY/GROUP. Other than that, food and service great as always.

It was packed ! Went to get gas and all I can say is thankfully theres cones to tell people where to go. Life is definitely back to feeling like pre-Covid 19. At least on the road.

3-22-18 went shopping and to get some food after a horrible experience getting fuel here (seperate review). Usually Love Costco prices on their food court items but the new 5$ hamburger I got today was a major letdown. Wasnt good and wasnt even served hot enough to melt the cheese on it.. tomatoes were very low quality as was the lettuce. Whats even worse is that they dont carry polish hotdogs anymore either for some terrible reason... oh well. Took forever to get one item at checkout as well. This Costco does not have self checkout lanes like some others do. So if you happen to be in a hurry and only getting a few items, expect to still wait forever. Waited nearly 20 minutes with a friend to get 1 item each.... between getting fuel in the horribly deigned gas station and getting below average hamburger and finding out they dont have polish hotdogs anymore to waiting an excessive amount of time for 2 items was a very disappointing Costco experience today... Usually much better but this location could do better.The gasoline station layout NEEDS to be changed. The turn off the street is very dangerous as there is barely any room for cars to queue up in line before everyone has to wait in the lane on the street to turn onto the property. Not to mention the people trying to leave have to take some risky moves and attempt to turn out when you cant see on coming traffic from the people waiting in the road to get fuel... And the hamburger... The first thing off the menu I was genuinely disappointed with. Tomatoes were very poor quality and the meat was spongy and flavorless and wasnt even served hot enough to melt the cheese between the patties....

Cheapest gas prices in SoCal by far. Yes the lines are long, but I would rather wait 10 minutes to get their gas a fraction of the price of ANYWHERE else within a 20 mile radius.

They have lots and if you get there early the parking is great. Even if you get there late theres parking in the back. Checkout is quick!

Make sure your membership is in order! The front door monitors should catch issues right upfront so your groceries arent returned while you fix membership issues
