I came in to get an opal switched out for an Oregon sunstone (which I already had). They quickly assisted me. They told me that they might be able to fit the stone into the ring without replacing the prongs which I was concerned about. 20 minutes later, the stones were replaces and the prongs still the original. The ring is gorgeous, I am so glad I did it!

Happy Jewelry did an amazing job for me and helped me put together an engagement ring that my fiance loves. I had a trip planned with my girlfriend and dragged my feet to buy the ring. I went to Happy Jewelry with an idea of what my girlfriend would like based on what her best friend told me. They spent time showing me bands and stones until we got close to the combination that I thought my girlfriend would like. While I was still in the shop my girlfriends best friend sent me photos. After that we got fully dialed in. Happy Jewelry listened to what I wanted and built me ring that matched my vision completely (including an engraving on the band). Growing up my brother was really close with one of the owners Gabe who has always remained a family friend. When it was time to buy an engagement ring I found a way to get his cell number from my moms ancient phone book while visiting. I spoke to friends who had just bought engagement rings and did some online research. However, I wanted a professional that works in that field that I could trust to make sure I got things right. I did not want to become a diamond expert and buy it online. Gabe was that professional and they did a great! My fiances dad got a hold of me to say congratulations and then made a point of saying how nice the ring looks.

To be honest my experience wasnt that great. I wanted to buy a gold chain and after doing some research decided on Happy Jewelers. I bought a 14k gold chain at what I later found out to be was a 40% mark up of what the actual gold is worth. In the end thats my luck for not doing more research on the value of gold, but I had no idea Id need to be educated in jewelry shopping to not be ripped off here. Chains nice though so theres that, but odds are if youre new to doing jewelry shopping you may get overcharged.

I found them through Instagram and I had to go see them. I went with my husband and we picked out my new rings Because sadly I lost my other rings on a Hawai’i trip. They were so sweet and kind very attentive and were listening to everything you had to say, ever since I buy all my jewelry with them it’s addicting buying from them they have the cutest things and very affordable prices. They have the best customer service hands down please dont ever change that ❤️

Danny from Happy Jewelers was amazing to us the whole process. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and let us steer the process as much as we wanted while also giving valuable direction. When the time of the engagement came, and Danny saw that the ring was not going to be delivered to the store in time for me to pick up as originally planned, he took it upon himself to drive to downtown LA, pick up the ring, and hand deliver it to my apartment in South LA. I was floored at the level of customer service. They also continued to follow up with me after the purchase was made, and they even clean the rings (of my wifes and mine) for free when we drop by. Would ABSOLUTELY choose them as my Jeweler for life.

These guys are great! I am sadly not loyal to salespeople and I am one. I have been helped by 3 different people here and each one has taken great care. I went in and had a thought in my head of what I wanted for an engagement ring and they made it happen, custom and flawless. They are working on a perfect match wedding band. I also went in and found a wedding band for me that same day. Awesome service fair prices and high quality!

Went in & purchased a second dainty diamond ring, used a Yelp voucher this time. Everyone was friendly & during this covid time, everyone was wearing masks. My ring had to be custom made so I received it about 6 weeks after I placed the order. Definitely the place I’ll continue to go for jewelry!

The hype is real. After looking at what seemed hundreds of different engagement rings and jewelers, I decided to work with Happy Jewelers. Happy Jewelers is hands down the best place for quality jewelry and fine watches. As long as they’re in business I won’t go anywhere else. Their prices are simply hard to believe and their service is amazing. Just stepping foot in the center where they are located is proof. Their counter is always buzzing with crowds while all the other adjacent vendors are sitting there staring at their phones.
