This Smart and Final had it all but now the shelfs are empty and most items Eg. Bread is stale. The staff however is still nice and I hope with time it may return to its former glory. Lets hope.

The prices here are fair. Their brand, First Street is pretty good and is on par with the national brands but at a fraction of the price while maintaining quality. Their rotisserie chicken is very tasty and inexpensive. You can get a chicken meal here for under 11 bucks.

Everytime I go there, the staff are so helpful and courteous. Its so easy to find what Im looking for and they have a pretty decent selection of goods

This is a really good little store. This store has all the essentials you need. It is centrally located between the college and residential areas of Anaheim and Fullerton. I definitely recommend the store if your looking to shop at a local Smart and Final or buying in bulk. I would advise going early in the morning or later in the day as the carts they have are limited.

We found everything we went for and more. It was very enjoyable and not stressful.

The store itself is well cleaned, organized and stocked (not a few weeks ago though) all the time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about all the staff here. All the cashiers except 2 of them have been unfriendly or very dry. Ive been buying here for the past 5 years since I moved to the area, this is the store I go to for my grocery needs, but when I get these 2 cashiers I feel unwelcomed and in a way discriminated. This doesnt happened with the other cashiers, they are friendly and kind. Wish my experience was the best every time I come here.

Having been to many S&Fs I found this one nice. It has a little different layout but the same items. Fewer isles but longer isles. Lots of parking and a helpful staff.

(Orange tier) Update now you can bring your own bags even the stores s&f, but you have to bag your own groceries. Some small improvements.(During closures)Apparently this particular store is NOT ALLOWING recycled store bags, their own s&f bags, no grocery bags at all from your car or home. Theyre not even offering you boxes to put your food in at the register. They raised prices on a lot of items and now are trying to make you pay for their s&f bags which you cannot take back in next time you shop there again. I wont be back, good rittens.

Very disappointed. I spent the last hour shopping I was going to spend at the very least $150 in groceries just now. However when I got to the register the lady that assisted me started yelling at me saying that I couldnt leave an item I didnt want where it didnt belong. I understand her wanting to communicate that with me but I dont appreciate the way she yelled at me in front of other people. I left the merchandise there and just left. I guess Ill have to find somewhere else to spend my money.

Pretty big store. Produce was better than expected. Prices are ok. Beer deal required additional $25 purchase, not counting the beer or other alcohol. Not THAT good of a deal. Zero staff anywhere but registers. There are better grocery stores and there are better club stores. Probably wont be back.

I love this grocery store! Especially since they did their redesign. The store is really clean. They carry bulk items that I cant find in the other grocery stores and a number of high quality products such as King Arther flour. Also noted that they have upped their gluten free choices with the exception of bread. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Clean store. Have a lot to offer in bulk or regular items. Produce has a nice display and the layout is easy walking around the aisles. Good prices and some completive items to compare your dollars.

I like the smaller size of the store and they still have just about everything Im looking for. The only downside is the lack of cashiers at times. The prices are great and you can get in and out fast most of the times.

This review is for Anthony. He went above and beyond to help my friends and I with firewood. There were only 4 bundles out on the floor and he took a cart, went to the back, and got out 10 more bundles. He even offered to help us load it into the car. Great customer service!

Store has a wide selection of the essentials, and pricing is decent, but definitely not the lowest in town. It is however conveniently located so you can get what you need in and out (including parking) in less than 15 min which is great compared to most of the other places near by.

Smart and Final is great. It has all the items you need for an office or corporate environment. The store made an error whrn I made a purchase and the store manager Ron quickly corrected it. Ill keep visiting here for supplies needed for our work.

A Cashier, nearly bumped me out of her way! Instead of walking around me, she was going so fast in a hurry and She never excused herself. My Mother n I Both Experience Back Problems. Slow down this store is busy yes, dont forget MANNERS!!

Slowest cashiers on the planet. Produce selection leaves much to be desired and prices at stator bros are much cheaper. Store layout is a bit difficult to navigate and couple that with the slow checkout process you end up spending 30 minutes in the store to pickup a few items.

Its not bad here. Ok selection on grocery items prices are fair. The lines are always long and cashiers are slow. Thats the only reason not my go to but might be good for you.

The Smart & Final on Chapman in Fullerton is a really good store the staff is really helpful the store is clean and well-kept I would not only return there but I recommend it to anyone who lives in the area to shop there they have a wide selection and the produce is fresh

Take your business elsewhere! There are never enough checkers no matter the time of day. Today there were EIGHT people in line with large volume purchases and ONE cashier. Eventually, the store manager, Mohit Thapar came to help. He was rude, curt, didnt pay attention and never once made eye contact AND he squished my produce due to his careless handling of my groceries. TERRIBLE customer service is the only consistent thing you can expect from this store.

Always end up waiting in line 15+ minutes to buy anything. Backup cashiers pull from the back of the line rather than the person next in line, or ignore calls for back up entirely.
