This place was referred to us via insurance whom Ive since called and filed a complaint about. Exiting the 9th floor, there is no sign that states what the office is, the receptionist does not stay at her desk but must be rung for with a bell. The audiologist that treated my daughters hearing gave her no results, told her that her hearing was fine and shooed us on our way. My daughter CANNOT hear and has an auditory processing disorder that we had someone else diagnose. My daughter called 4 times and requested her medical test results with zero response. Finally I called and threatened that I believed they were a fraud unless they returned my daughters call. They said they would email her the results- which couldnt be opened die to some administrative password she didnt have and that her Dr would receive a copy, which hasnt happened yet.This place is unprofessional and should not be used for anything other than elderly patients who need hearing aids.

Tina Rogers is the best. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to effectively work with people.

My experience at this office has been excellent. I have obtained Lyric hearing aids for over 3 years and my only regret is that Connect Hearing will not be prividing Lyric anymore. While I hope that changes in future, I am grateful for the professional care I have received. Also, Connect Hearing continued to provide essential services during Covid 19 while most other hearing providers closed such as Hear USA which deprived patients of needed medical care. I highly reccomend Connect Hearing, especially this office and provider Tina as well as her support staff Cecilia.

Loved working with Tina Rogers at Connect Hearing in Fullerton. She is very helpful, efficient and easy to work with. The facility is clean, quiet and easy to cozy in and get comfortable for Hearing test. My hearings over past year took a down turn and I couldnt make out some of the words. Tina, started a whole new and thorough hearing evaluation and adjusted my hearing aids accordingly and made sure that my hearing aids are adjusted back to normal level of hearing.​ And, repeatedly asked me if I have any problems let her know so, she can fix the problem.Thank you Tina for helping me stop saying, WHAT DID YOU SAY !!!!I highly recommend Connect Hearing to everyone that is interested in Hearing Aids....

This place is awesome. I used to go to a diff center but after testing at Connect Hearing, I found out that the center I used to go to did not accurately test my hearing. Tina Rogers is so patient and she really took the time to explain the process, from the hearing test to fitting the hearing aid.
