Worst customer service. Girl was so unhappy couldn’t even fake a “ have a good rest of your day. “ at least. this place needs to either hire new people that actually want to work and give good customer service or talk to there employees about good customer service.

It’s crazy how one person can make you go out of your way to leave a bad review! I haven’t had cold stone in a while and decided to go get some, but my happy mood was immediately turned around as I got a girl with horrible customer service. I wish the manager would please remind their employees about good customer service and what that entails!!! It certainly doesn’t require eye rolling for asking to substitute a topping, and continue with a bad attitude!If people don’t want to work giving smiles and good customer service go get yourself a quiet cubicle job!!!

Looooove it! I got the mint chocolate chip and there was brownie in it also. Pretty delightful. The ice sculpture workers I like to call them were very kind despite the store being super busy. The line was spread across the entire back wall to the door. Good work. Thank you.

Staff was so impatient, rude and unhelpful. And, we were charged for 4 Love Its but given Like Its.

1. They said they dont have kitkat or twix when my friend asked them to put either of them.2. They didnt have french vanilla for chocolate lawa3. My friend ordered large oreo overload they added only one oreo when he asked you didnt added two they said they were running out of it.Is it a joke or what.

Cold stone is always a welcome treat for me but this location is a little bit lacking unfortunately. I have been to numerous locations and this one was by far the least desirable. Their ice cream display was super foggy and wet with water and made it hard to see how the ice cream looked. If they cleaned up the place a bit I’d definitely go here more when I’m around the shopping center.

Only leaving 5 stars for Wendi with an I because I love her! She went above and beyond making sure my I Love It cup was just right.

This place is by far the best major-chain ice cream places. There are more flavors than one knows what to do with so whatever your palette is craving. Got the Mud pie this time with coffee ice cream, peanut butter and Oreos and it was phenomenal. I can usually only handle the Love It size,but seriously who doesnt love ice cream?

My friend and I just had a HORRIBLE experience at this location. We were refused service immediately upon walking in the doors at 9:50pm. The young Hispanic girl working the counter told us she didnt have the time to serve us. I told her how unacceptable her decision was considering the time. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the only one there. She then left the front counter and abandoned all of her customers. My boyfriend and I were denied service for absolutely no reason. I look forward to your attentive response.

Mmmm Mmmm Good. I got a pineapple blueberry smoothie.oh my gosh it was super good. What a treat. I also got The founders favorite to go. This was also super delicious and tasty, full of brownie and pecans with a caramel and hot fudge drizzle. So decadent. So worth it. What a treat.

This places needs dusted. The party lights are never on and are Super Dusty. Its always busy here which is a good thing. Love it.

Who could refuse a stone cold ice cream from cold stone. I love the featured creations but also love creating my own which the staff are happy to do . Great choice of cones and baskets to choose from also. The staff are always so patients. The only concern I have is staff safety. Last time I was in cold stones in Fullerton there was only one girl theyre quite young and finding it hard to cope on her own as we were leaving a group of guys who seemed a little high and raucous enter the premises and she didnt look too happy. My husband and I hung around outside for a while to make sure she was ok. Feel there should always be two people present in that shop

My Mango sorbet tasted like anything but Mango, and my friend said his sea salt Carmel chocolate pretzel mix only tasted like vanilla ice cream that was its base... My suggestion is to avoid this location.

What can you say about Coldstone?? Delicious!! So many flavors, add in a, and choices. Staff was very friendly and courteous at this store.

Didnt have a blender for shakes available apparently which sucked but still delicious ice cream.

I work for a delivery company, and I must make a certain amount of orders within a time frame. There were two gentlemen in their earlier tonight and there were quite a few customers in line but only one was taking orders but as he was taking orders he was working extremely slow. I was waiting for nearly 15 minutes and that caused my customers to cancel their order and because of that I didn’t reach my quota

I went in with an email coupon that I received through the corporate rewards program. Coupon says on it that it is valid at all socal locations. Employee that was trying to help me said that it is a valid coupon but manager then out of nowhere was rude and cheap and would not honor the coupon. Shame on this manager for breaking the franchise rules. Corporate emails these coupons to rewards members and to help you earn business at your franchise location, and you just lost my business by being super rude and cheap. Also last time I was here you did not have cake batter available which is the main reason that I go to Cold Stone. If all locations were like this one I would stop going to Cold Stone forever. I will be calling corporate and complaining about this and I hope that they take some action because customers shouldnt have to suffer if you are a rude cheap unprofessional manager.

Icecream is expensive and too sweet for my taste. Customer service not good. I was there a second time looking for improvement but got disappointed.

Had a great service probably the best of any cold stone Ive been too.

The guys that work there are really polite but their attitude is just mehh. Last time they were out of Graham crackers and he was very apologetic about it but didnt suggest anything to sub in for it.

It was 11:57am. They told me they werent open for business until 12pm. There wasnt any ice cream even set up or anything ready. Will not be coming back to this location.

Out of oreos, ice cream basically already melted when they gave it to us, pretty much just left brownie in one lump at bottom of bowl (didnt mix it throughout ice cream), didnt see a single smile from staff during visit.

Bad service. Dirty environment. Shoddy customer service. Needs a lot of improvement. There was waffle batter spilled everywhere, ice cream did not look aesthetically pleasing, temperature inside was warm

Waited literally 30 minutes. There were flies everywhere. They Had To Make me A New ice cream because there were Nats in the brownie bin. The 2 associates seemed inexperienced and showed no remorse for the long wait. Some People Eventually gave up and walked out.

Bad communication, didnt even ask me if i wanted chocolate chips & packed it without remorse & didnt even crush it good ..
