Love them, great customer service. I called them directly ordered what i needed and they let me come to there warehouse and pick it up. Eighteen days since I placed an order. Got confirmation, credit card charged, and yet no shipping notice and no response to inquiries.Cant have bikes sitting in the shop waiting like this. If you cant deliver why pretend you can with your boilerplate website. Sad
