Whats to love about it no one loves moving

People that work here are super friendly. The place is really safe. Great deal on storage unit. I would recommend this place to anyone. I dont have a lot of places to store stuff at home and this place works out great. No one has ever broken into my unit

BAIT AND SWITCH IS A CRIME.This facility sells and confirms 24hr access self storage rentals, without any mention of possible requirements to purchase, yet has no intention in providing the buyer with a 24hr access storage.I went on line and rented a storage unit from this location based on the 24hr access that was advertised by them. I paid on line and received my confirmation from u-haul of my 24hr access unit. After moving into the unit the very friendly manager came by to introduce himself and make certain to go over the general basic rules with us. Access to the unit was now only available till 10pm. When we questioned about the 24hr access we had purchased we were told that wouldnt be possible and no 24hr access was available. We were told the advertisement/confirmation hadnt been updated in their system to reflect the change but it was no longer an option. 24HR ACCESS IS THE REASON I CHOOSE TO RENT HERE. IF I WANTED LIMITED HOURS I COULD RENT NEXT TO MY HOUSE INSTEAD OF THE NEXT CITY OVER. We did receive a refund but this whole thing really is wrong.... And illegal

Excellent service. Called Saturday morning and he did not have the truck I needed but he helped me to get one from a nearby location. Saved me a lot of calling and time. Thank you.

Angela and her husband are awesome... We were having some issues moving our things in our storage space and it was taking a lot longer than we expected, plus we were just all together having a hard time last Christmas... but thanks to them & Angelas in your face personality at 1 in the morning, while unloading, totally lifted my spirits up and also she helped me with a lot of things dealing with u Haul itself so thank you to them, thanks for putting up with our late payments... Just wish the payment due dates could be adjusted

Do Not rent here . They have a lot of homeless people renting here. And Drug users. . I moved out after 2 months. . . Tara the manger is not a nice person. . She plays favorites. . For her homeless friends. .

Should stay open 24 only to people who rent .Its clean they have alarms on every unit and security on site. Nice people, I recommend if you need to store some things you store here at u haul storage

Use technology to enter and exit the place quickly and track and monitors activities of the place and respond quickly.

The staff is very nice to me and when I need something they go above and beyond. No issues or problems thus far, going on one year.
