Danny Sanders is the most professional, courteous employee at ANY tire shop Ive ever been to. He got my tire looked at, fixed and customer service was impeccable. And its not only been just once, but SEVERAL times...same guy.. same scenario. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone and Danny is the BOMB!! That company is lucky to have him as their asst. manager.

My wife had gotten a screw in her tire. They evaluated it quickly said it looked repairable and would either repair it or call me to let me know if I needed a tire. They were able to repair it quickly and for a good price.

I went in for a simple tire balancing. The customer before me was visibly upset about needing wheel studs. I was waiting for my car and wondering why it was going back up on the lift. They stated that I had 2 wheel studs that were turning in the hub. Unable to torque them I told them I installed those by hand the last time and no way that I over torqued them.. Check your Technicians procedures. They became defensive instead of stating that they would double check and resolve the issue. How this operation doesnt understand, or thought I dont understand that you pull a torque wrench on the nut to the value, not use it to verify that it is at or above the torque specifications. In this case so over torqued that they damaged the wheel studs. On the way home lost one lug nut to a broken stud. Now I will loose a day getting parts, inspecting and replacing wheel studs. Im a mechanic, just cant spin balance my own tires.

From out of town. Ended up with a flat tire, but knew I needed all 4 tires replaced. Plaza had 3 tires in the store. They had someone bring another tire from Jeff City to get the job done. Really appreciate all of the work they did to get me back on the road quickly! Thank you Plaza Tire!

I called and made appointment for same day. They were able to work me in during my lunch and Matt had me out in about 15 minutes for a tire rotation!! Super nice people to work with!!

I was 2 hours away from home and still had 2 hours left to drive with a flat. I called Plaza they told me to come on it and they could get it taken care of for me. They had everything taken care of and I was back on the road within 45 minutes thanks to the amazing gentlemen that work here. Thank you guys so much!

I came in with a tire that need plugged bc it was going flat on me. They said they could do it and charged me almost 22 dollars. My tire went flat on the way home. I had gotten this tire repaired on Fulton,Mo and I live in Columbia,Mo a good 35 min away. The next morning I took it to another plaza tire near my house. They said the tire should have never been repaired due to the damage done and the location. The Fulton plaza tire Ripped me off!!!!!! I was stuck with having to buy two new tires. Thanks to them. Very unhappy and very unsatisfied with their service. Will not return.

Plaza tire does an excellent job of locating our us uncommon tire, installing and getting us back on the road in a timely matter.

Wont go back. I was in reverse, ready to go and an employee parks a serviced car behind me and wouldnt move it. I complained and it was, you can wait. He parked it right behind me and I had to be his captive. The customer had to review the paperwork and pay, about ten minutes. Smart alec little Lucas chimed in, feel free not to come back. I dont make a good hostage, anybody could have moved that car, including little Lucas. that was deposited there, not in a parking space. Feel free not to come back? Dont worry. I think youve gotten too big. Easy to choose another tire dealer.

These guys were quick I arrived at 8:20 and and was leaving by 8:50 able to make it to work on time.

There was a little miscommunication on which tires I wanted replaced but they got it right back in and fixed her up real quickThey also put nitrogen in tires and I didnt ask for that so make sure you know what they putting in so they dont charge ya extra. If they hadnt done that Id give 4 stars on this trip.

Got towed in due to two tires failing me on a Sunday. Monday morning I got a prompt call and a new set was on the car by lunchtime. Great service, recommend this place to everyone.

Went in to drop off my mercedes to get the oil changed and tires rotated. tires are staggered, figured a tire shop would be able to recognize that, but apparently not. within 5 ft of driving i realized they rotated the tires wrong. took it back, no one seemed very apologetic. wont be back

Made an appointment, they got me in immediately. I asked them to change my breaks and they advised me they did not need to be changed. They did change my rotors after me asking them to because my car was shaking when I hit the breaks. My car rides like a dream! Thank you so much guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. I made two appointments on a Wednesday for two oil changes that Friday. I was told I could choose any times because all times were available. My boyfriend took the 8am slot and had his oil changed by 8:45am. I dropped my car off around 9am for a 10 am appointment and left. While gone my boyfriend got a flat tire. We called and asked if we could be fit in sometime the same day. We were told yes. Fast forward to 11:30am, we drop off my boyfriends car to get the tire fixed. My car still hasn’t been driven into the garage yet. We are told that there is a shortage of staff and they are falling behind. We go to lunch and return around 1pm. We find that my boyfriends tire is fixed and ready to go, but my car STILL hasn’t been taken to the garage for an oil change! Apparently walk ins are given more priority than someone that makes an appointment on an allegedly open scheduled day. I have NEVER been more disappointed with the Fulton plaza tire service than I was today. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but I guess that doesn’t count anymore. Waited 3 hours to get no oil change. I just asked for my keys back and left. I was FURIOUS!!!

Very friendly, plain spoken. Worked with me painlessly on my wifes new car. Right front was leaking air slowly. Gave me a decent deal on 2 new tires 80kmi for the price of one OE tire and worked it in while they where short handed. We will be back.

Though 3 of their 5 technicians called in sick the day I visited they worked quickly and proficiency. The employee I did interact with was polite and explained any issues that came up.

Their a joke they broke a stud on my car and didnt even replace it. They claim its because the lug was cross threaded but I know for a fact it wasnt because I put the lugs on myself. Even so if you break something your supposed to replace it. They wanted to charge me $93 for labor to replace what they broke. Ive been a mechanic for 10 years it takes 10 minutes to change a stud. I simply went there to have new tires mounted on the rims.

Ended up with a flat tire at work got the spare put on by road side assistance made it to plaza tire. They got me in and out without any hassle and super friendly. Definitely will go there for the rest of my tires.

They failed me on a inspection for a inter tie rod and wanted to charge me $150 for them to fix it. After i got home and looked it over myself and it was fine.. i took it to another shop and told them that it failed and they looked it over and passed me. not to happy with my experience

On a long road trip and I busted a tire on I70 at 3:30 on a Monday. After searching nearby shops, was lucky to only be 15 miles from these gents. Called and gave them my tire size, they had a good option in stock at a fair price. Made it to the shop by 4pm and explained how I was still 800 miles from home. They let us and the dog hang in the lobby and expedited us even though they were super busy. Was back on the road by 5:30. These guys saved us from what could’ve been a nightmare situation. Friendly, professional and well priced. Would give ten stars if it was possible.

Thank you so much Phil and team!!!!!!Got new tires this past Friday.Today I noticed a noise, come to find out my back wheel was just about to fall off.When I went to look it at, I noticed every lug nut was completely loose except for 1. Not only that the one nut that was actually on was cross threaded so it wouldn’t come off. Now my wheel is wallowed out and I have a broken boltHow do you forget to tighten the lug nuts in a tire shop? We were just about to get on the highway, too. I can only imagine what would have happened if we had.I’ll add/change my review if they decide to make it right. We’ll find out tomorrow.

Stay away from this place they will ruin your vehicle and try to scam you for more money, then what they will quote you ... You are better off going to Columbia or Jefferson City . They do not know what they are doing whatsoever and their customer service is terrible.

Phil and Danny and their crew at Tire Plaza in Fulton, Mo. are freaking awesome, amazing people, They are fast, effencent, and friendly and They dont just tell you whats wrong with you vehicle they show you so you know exactly what they are talking about. The guys up there go above and beyond to satisfy their costumers and I wouldnt take my car any where else.

I needed inspections on multiple vehicles and they got us taken care of within 24 hours. Fast service and one guy had a great sense of humor which was appreciated.

It was a bit on the pricy side, however the dudes were nice and the work was done quickly. All in all a good experience.

I had to get my car inspected for tags. The people were curtious and friendly. Also, it only took about 15 minutes and I was on my way.

My front spring broke loose and was riding on my tire. I called them up, they recommended a good towing company, and got me in right way. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had the funds before starting work. They even gave me a ride home! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great service told me my gear oil was low flushed it out and got me back on the road... the tech that helped me was great as well

They were able to get me in within 45 minutes for a balance on a tire. The issue is they broke the valve stem when they put the tire on a year ago. Then the tire got rotated to the rear and balanced with same broke valve stem inside. Valve stem costs 60-70 to replace as it is a large box. Took it to Mexico plaza tire for flat repair(had a nail in it still full of air). Mexico plaza took out broken valve box. Did flat repair then didnt balance the tire. Two visits I tried to get tire balances. Told be at least an hour. Finally went to Fulton to get tire balanced.

Yep the men at Fulton’s Plaza are the best. The familiar faces and previous good experiences and positive results give a sense of trust and reliability.Kenny in the garage as well as Phil at the desk, act like they care and are not just trying to sell you something you don’t really need.

Terrible service and they will try to rip you off on tires. They are well aware that they are the only tire shop in town and are taking full advantage.
