We had the most fantastic experience with this company! I live in Ohio and wanted to have a banner created for my parents who live in Fair Haven to celebrate their 50th anniversary (since we cant all be together given the pandemic.) Mark was quick to respond to my Facebook message and had the perfect banner designed in a matter of hours! It was produced and ready for pick up just a few days later. Have had several work jobs for the past several years done here and have always received top quality work and timely responses.

I went into this business no one helps you and after a while the owner came out acted as if I was bothering him. He told me he was very busy (ok understand) but he took my ideas wrote them down and said he would contact me in a day or two, it has been over a month. Dont go to this place. Im placing one star because the system made me or I would give half of one star. Responding back to the owner. This isnt malicious this is my truth. I have the right to review and how do you expect me to do business when you are rude to me as the customer!
