I swear every single time I come here the employees have the worst attitudes. I feel like I’m an inconvenience or Bothering so mine. The one person who is constantly cheerful and pleasant is the cashier named Teresa.Just remember that you never know what a person is going through. You guys have no idea what any of your customers are going through so you’re nasty attitude it’s gonna be the one thing that pushes them over the edge. So why don’t you think of your job as a blessing and remember that life could always be worse you woke up you have legs at work you have a voice however nasty it may be you have eyes that see however many dirty luxe they may give And you have so many blessings that you should not be such a miserable person and if you don’t like people that much you shouldn’t be in customer service.

Its fine as far as grocery stores go. Not my favorite one but also not the worst. The fresh produce is a hit or miss for me sometimes.

I love Price Choppers produce and their baked goods. Bagels and artisan breads are delicious and priced very well. They always have ample cashiers on duty or I have cashed myself out and there is someone on duty to help with any problems you may encounter. Also the bathrooms are always clean...a plus!

I know where everything is it was a quick and convenient trip to the store. Cashiers that bagged and cashed me out were amazing ladies and very sweet.

Ive only been here once since I relocated to the area, but I was impressed by how bright and clean it was with lots of options, great deli offerings, and friendly staff. As a new arrival I had no idea single-use plastic bags were actually illegal! haha. The cashier and I were deer in headlights for a moment when he asked for my bags. Bags? I should have bags? He smiled and asked if I wanted paper bags. I agreed and then asked quietly, Is it customary to bring your own? I explained Id just arrived from Florida. He made me feel better by saying, You can always ask for paper. Its okay. I have since purchased My Bags. Great store, nice people.

As always, the staff were all courteous, friendly, and professional. They often have good sales, and I shop there regularly. They have many quality products, particularly in the meat, seafood, deli, and bakery departments.

This is my go to store, for my grocery shopping. I love when theyve BOGO free. Or their dollar days.Their meats are good. The seafood department I have always been satisfied with the Haddock. Once in awhile, myself and husband like to treat ourselves with the King Crab legs.Delicious! The produce is a hit or miss. Wegmans has the best produce. I cant afford to shop there anymore. My favorite Grocery store is Wegmans and I miss shopping there. Price chooper has some wonderful people working at Market 32. Price Chopper is a nice store to shop.

Very busy store but was checked out fast. I went there for a specific item, but they don’t have it anymore. 😠 I did find a solution somewhat, but it did not compare to what I had in mind. I do hope they will bring it back soon.

I found this store to be very expensive compared to others. Was clean staff seemed friendly. Got a cake and lady from bakery did writing for us on it. She was nice and did good job. Will not shop here if dont have to.

They could do a little bit better with a register line but all in all Price Choppers one of my favorite stores. expensive though.Unless youre buying sale items.

I depend on Price Chopper for a special, organic, naturally low fat all natural ice cream I eat when I dont feel well but must consume calories, and theyve always had in stock, even since the covid-19 epidemic had created country wide shortages on lots of important essentials. Its weird, but for me, its an essential. Being a terminal cancer patient, leaving the house is sometimes daunting, and going to the grocery is exhausting, it takes such pressure off to know that the store will almost always have what I need, AND itll be at the lowest price in town, as a regular price if not even lower on sale. Adding to the economic benefits, I do also rely on assistance from the support staff that help customers like me lift heavy things and put groceries in their car; every time Ive encountered one of these individuals theyve been personable, empathic and cheerful. Its really refreshing lovely considering their job is pushing heavy carts for hours, Im very thankful for their efforts and positive attitude.I look forward to when the store is open as a 24 hr joint again, as I generally prefer to shop when there are fewer if not no other customers in the same isle as I am.

Bought fish at the seafood service area, got it home and it smelled rancid through the wrapper. Are they trying to make people sick? This wasnt the first time this has happened at the seafood counter, had the same issue with crawfish in the past. The food is either too old or was not stored at the appropriate temperature.

Home made pizzas are yummy. Fish fry on Friday is awesome. I can find so many things from gift cards to Queso. Produce is always fresh and the store associates are kind and helpful.

We are limited in this city for grocery shopping but every one that I have dealt with have been great and professional.

Was greeted by so many nice employees when I was last there. I think the store manager (Brandon maybe) even asked if I was finding everything ok. Great staff.The store was clean and I would recommend it as a regular place to do your shopping.Good prices overall.I felt like I was valued and got a good value.

Nice people, and nice store. They have fresh seafood which is fantastic, but the smell is throughout the store. Which makes my stomach turn a tad, but fast service and nice people.

I love shopping at this store. Its not close to me, but I like going to it. The people are so friendly, and the store is neat and tidy. Produce is always top notch. Worth the drive.

Price Chopper stays open 24/7 and you have your basic grocery selection, deli, bakery and seafood. This store in particular is a little smaller than most Price Choppers, but that doesnt mean you wont find what youre looking for here. Keep in mind that the best way to shop at Price Chopper is to use their membership card, because thats how you get the best deals. Otherwise, the full price of the items are going to be more expensive than most grocer stores. So get the card, treat the associates with respect like you would with anyone else and youll have a decent experience here.

I like the seafood department and the sushi bar. Try the rotisserie turkey breast ( check the time stamp and make sure its fresh) it is really great when fresh. I really like the French bread in the bakery department and some of the other bakery items. Check out the prices in this store because they are not always the best around, try to use coupons and build up your fuel advantage points. Shop carefully and you can save some good money. I look at some of the prices and call the place Price RobberThere is nothing like ordering some fresh fried haddock and sitting down and eating it in the dining area while it is still hot and crispy !!!

The seafood is wonderful

The Fulton Price Chopper is a unique store to shop. I found that they carry different products than the Oswego PC. I found Pic-A-pepper sauce there that I have not seen in years. Also hot Yucatan Habanero suace that I have not seen since I left AZ. This store also carries many Thia food items I have not found anywhere else. They have Tom Ka coconut soup in a can that is really good. Now I dont have to drive all the way to North Syracuse to go to Trader Joes anymore.

Price copper has a lot of good sales and coupons. My only complaint is that pretty much every other time I go there I get over charged some how. Either the price is higher than what the sign says, coupons dont go through, or the cashier scans something more than once. I try to watch everything they do but sometimes miss something. And then to go back in with the receipt is a hassle over a couple of bucks. Most of the employees are nice. The store is clean and everything is usually fresh.

Need more registers open

Ever since they remodeled the store its become so much better. I never have a problem finding what I want or need and they are always try friendly. No matter the time of day or night I am able to get what I need quickly and easily.

Very clean store that is well stocked. The staff are quite friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone in Oswego (or surrounding). The prices are low but the quality is high. I only wish they also carried my favorite brand of beer.

For the most part its clean and well organized and its easy to find what you are looking for. The employees are treated poorly here which shows because of their customer service is lacking most days. Theyve had a lot of awful managers here.. Bill Loadwick (meat and seafood specialist of the year) bad mouths customers frequently and breaks health protocols cutting meat in his shorts and flip flops. Bill has also micromanaged employees to make employees less efficient in providing service. He also treats employees like dirt and is condescending. He lets his personal feelings on politics and other personal matters get in the way of his job and he uses that against you every chance you get. Linda the old store manager only ever cared about her bonuses and would frequently cut hours from the only departments bringing in the most money. Bernie people tell me has stolen from the company and gets promoted and hes just a terrible person. An awful place to work family has worked here for a decade and its only gone down hill probably mainly from poor management. People are lied to about jobs and job specifics within the company and placement their scheduling isnt done well either. One week youll have 35-39 hours the next week as little as 4-12.

I was disappointed that the deli hours were posted stating open until 9pm, yet at 830pm, I asked for assistance but was told they closed early.Prices are a bit higher than local competitors, but store is clean and well stocked. Staff is mostly pleasant.

Nice of the local brand. Management is nice and friendly/helpful. They do however treat you like an outsider at times. Below the mamangement level is some real undesirables their as far as the way they treat you. The staff in the deli/food court are always awesome. If you get the contractor on a good day you can even get decently priced sushi

Bakry section very nice.Store had a lot of Easter things prices where fantastic.Cashier very helpful pleasant, kind.I would recommend the Fulton NY Price Chopper to anyone,I would give it a 100%.

Great store. They have everything you need I don’t frequent the establishment but I do find my self there every once in a while. The attendant is always helpful and I’ve never not found what I need.

Got what I needed!

I went there today mainly to pick up a refill of pen tips at the pharmacy. Diabetic supplies USED to be free at this store but I found out by surprise they started charging for them. I had to pay $9.99, which amounts to half of the amount they put on a gift card to make up for being overcharged for something else the last time I was there.According to their rep on PCs Twitter page, this change took effect on Sept. 1st. NO ONE TOLD ME about this when I phoned in the refill a few days ago.WHY?Im going to check around and try to find pen tips that are less expensive or free. If it doesnt work out and Im forced to get them at Price Chopper, those pen tips will be the ONLY thing Ill buy there. NO groceries!Affordable healthcare does NOT exist in this country thanks to companies like Price Chopper! They care more about the almighty dollar than their customers.

Constantly finding expired goods. Once saw the same mess at self checkout two days after it was created. (Spilt sugar everywhere) they consistently are out of bags in the produce section and I have to walk around to find a dispenser that has bags. Giving 4 stars because theyre still better than aldis.

When theres nothing else around and you need something quickly come here. I will not shop for groceries here due to the fact that they price gouge everything.

So today I was in the mood for a donut and I love Price Choppers apple fritters and glazed donuts. I went to the bakery section to grab a donut and soft flies in the left donut display case. So I grabbed my Donuts out of the right donut display case, put them in a new bag and began to walk away with them. I noticed something black flying in my bag so I opened up the bag and let it fly out. Immediately after that I saw another fly crawl out of my apple fritter and fly out of my bag. I dont think Im going to be able to eat their donuts anymore.

Friendly and helpful. You can get in and out quickly if youre only buying a few items.
