I’ve tried to be friendly because I know this is a tough job. I always find them doing their best.
I dont typically do reviews, but seeing all of the negative reviews -- many of them for just one bad experience -- has made me post this. I have used this location multiple times over the past decade, and while there have been one or two instances where the clerk wasnt super-friendly, Ive never had an issue with my packages being sent or received in good condition. (Cant say the same for USPS, but thats a different review.) Earlier last month I went in to make an Amazon return, and I know I probably looked clueless because it seemed unreasonable to me that I would just bring the product in without any packaging, but the kind lady scanned my QR code and assured me this was the process. Very simple and always efficient!
Worthless. I can see why they are going out of business.
There’s an extremely rude lady working here. When trying to return something to amazon, the app said we didn’t need to box it up. When we had her scan the item she said you need to box this up. We said, oh, I thought we didn’t need to. Then very rudely she said “uh, yeah. You do.” Poor customer service and should not be talking to people the way she did.
Been using this location for business and personal for years. Today was told I would have to pay $1 to place one piece of tape on a box and that I was lucky I brought a box because I would otherwise have to buy one of those too. Actually, it’s an amazon return, which I had already stated and she acknowledged, and I am not supposed to provide packaging of any kind, and only brought the box because it was handy and fit. When the lady tried to collect the money from me for the one piece of tape and I explained that this is amazons responsibility to pay this not me, she rudely said “you know what, just forget it, whatever”. Will be the last time I use this location.
You should hire friendly people too work here. The lady in there now isnt. Lol

They wont ship firearms back to manufacturers to be worked on even though i called the ATF and they said that is the prefered method and I told them that and they still wouldnt do it

Went to return an Amazon package, which should be free. Woman working wanted to charge me $1.50 to use the computer plus the cost to print the label. The woman had a horrible attitude and REEKED of cigarettes. When I got there she was in her car smoking. She hurried inside as me and another customer pulled in. She was rude, snippy and dismissive with the woman infront of me who was returning her cable box. When I got to the counter she never once made eye contact with me and couldnt have cared less about me as a patron of her workplace. Would rate zero stars if possible.
There are major inconsistencies between employees. One woman has no idea what she is doing or how to charge customers properly, while another employee tacks on all these random charges. My multiple experiences here have all been passable, but never exceptional.
The delivery driver lied saying they were at my house to deliver my package and, no one answered but, i was home all day and, no one came to my house. My neighbors were outside all day and can verify that UPS never came by my house. I paid extra to have delivered early and now Im not getting my package till Monday.
I had a great experience there. Richard was highly professional and very helpful.
Driver didnt bring my package to the door just walked up and put a sticker saying they missed me and drove off, ignored me when I yelled at him when I caught him walking away with no package in his hand. So I went to the store and the lady told me he always has complaints about this andshe would set my package aside so that I could get my package in the morning. So I waitied until the next morning to pick up my package . The sign says they open at 8 and nobody was there. Finally left at 820 because I was tired of waiting. Went back to the store at 930. The lady who said she would put my package aside yesterday, claimed she left early and didnt get the package from the driver and that I could come back after 5 today and pick it up if she was still there. She wasnt apologetic, just seemed irritated that she had to deal with me. I dont know what kind of business this owner is running but it is extremely distressing to know they allow thier company to be run like this.So I still have no clue when I will actually get my package but I will NEVER use ups again.
Proprietor is friendly and efficient. Good experience each time I visit.

Who puts a sign on the door saying Be right back and is gone for over 45 minutes when I left? Many others came and left while I was there. I wont be back, ever.
