Von and Chris up front were super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I took my wife’s Fiat in for repairs and I really appreciated how they provided such a detailed estimate for the recommended repairs with photos. They had a lot of work but still got it fixed within a week. The other places I went to before said that Is have to wait three weeks before they’d get to fixing it. Another place said they couldn’t take it because they didn’t have any one that could fix Fiat’s. Plus, I love all the cool old cars they have sitting in their lot. Getz earned a loyal customer

Getz employees were very thorough in explaining the issues they found with my vehicle before moving forward with any work. They provided an itemized list of all proposed repairs with pictures of what they found where relevant, the online system was very convenient to look up each thing and understand what it was in more detail if I needed to, and approving or denying any part of their repair proposal. Every time I called they had all my relevant information ready to discuss. Prices all seemed fair for labor and parts, I chose to do a couple small things myself later and they were totally fine with any such decisions, and their discussion was super professional and just wanted to make sure I got what I needed and nothing more. They diagnosed and repaired my starter, air conditioning, and brakes, and did a few other necessary things that I kept putting off for my 2003 Honda Accord. Highly recommended if you dont have a mechanic you already go to regularly, they got it done faster than I expected.

I took my 2008 Chrysler in to Getz because there was an oil leak. They investigated and discovered the sources. They also did a thorough check of the car. They discovered that there was a wheel bearing which needed replacement. Also, my cabin filter was filthy. (I didnt even know I had one! ) They called me with the details and approximate cost. I approved the repairs. My car was ready the next day, the cost was less than the estimate! It smells great and it hasnt been so clean in years! Getz provided excellent service, reasonable prices and are extremely courteous. They are now my go to for car service!

Best oil change experience Ive had in years. For a very reasonable $55 they performed a synthetic blend oil change, tire rotation and actually vacuumed the entire car! I cant tell you how many times the itemized checklist at other service centers had vacuumed checked and it certainly was not done! Tire rotation is almost always a $25 upcharge. Employees were very friendly and professional as well. This is my go-to from now on.

I had the best service at this shop than I have at any other shop. The employees were very nice, super understanding and quite knowledgeable about the service they provide or what is wrong with your vehicle. I never felt belittled, or pressured, or talked down to if I didn’t know a service or had a question about it. As a woman, I feel like some of the men at the different car shops try to take advantage of you and say things to make you pay more for the services when it isn’t needed. I would feel pressured into saying “yes” to car services even when I didn’t feel like it was right. But at Getz, I didn’t feel that way at all! I felt the complete opposite! They fixed the issues with my car very fast and the cost was super affordable! I will 100% go back again. Mark and Jack were fantastic! Great complete health check up of vehicle, fill and change fluid where needed, change valve cover gaskets, due to leaks, transmission fluid replacement with treatment added, change and clean cabin filter and system, and they even vacuum my rugs and shine my tires, like I said great service and personal attention, very professionals, thank you guys!

Getz is great! I have had few issues with my truck that I cannot repair myself. I brought it to Getz Automotive because of their reputation. Both times I have been treated fairly and professionally. I had my A/C looked at by two different places and all they were interested in was emptying my wallet. I then brought my truck to Getz and they were more interested in fixing the problem, and not emptying my wallet. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

Brought my Nissan Titan in for a brake check because they were making a metal on metal noise. Getz made the repair the same day and did a great job. I really liked receiving a text with the estimate for the repair. This was just in time for my trip to the mountains.

The diagnostic was important to me to know what needed to be done 1st of all with the check engine light staying on. The tie rod issue could have ended up in us losing a wheel so the diagnostic let us know the important details of what needed to be done and it was taken care of in a timely manner and I am thankful.

They kept my car for a week and never looked at it, asThey promised. When I called to advise them that I was towing it to another shop they then tried to charge me $60 for an assessment that they never did.

I enjoyed this experience, very profession repair shop. Well organize and surprisingly clean for a auto shop. I will go back for additional services for my vehicles.

I’ve had 3 vehicles in to Getz Automotive in the last few months. They have been efficient, thorough and professional. they send you a quote via text and It has photos and explanations and then so you can choose to get those items fixed because you have a quote for how much it costs, But they also give the car a thorough inspection and let you know about maybe for instance wheelbearings that are loose or brake pads that need to be replaced and they include that as items that you can choose and add to your cart. Then you can look at the total, see if you can afford the service and then decide and then you can submit your response to the shop and they will do the work and then text you an invoice when it’s done and ready to pick up. It’s really efficient and There’s no hanging around the shop all day waiting for your car. Because they look at safety things like brake pads and wheel bearings and brake cylinders even and oil changes and Not only the fluid levels but the quality of the fluid that has been aging in your vehicle for God knows how long, I appreciate that. Some of the stuff I can do myself and save some money but a lot of the stuff I like to let them do because they do a professional job at a price that doesn’t break my wallet. I hope you have the same experience I have.

Getz is now our preferred mechanic of choice. Several years ago we had friends from out of state driving through, when they started having mechanical issues on their vehicle. Getz was able to get them back on the road the same day at a reasonable price. Since that time, we are now in the process of taking our third vehicle to them for work. From brakes to engine work to timing issues, it doesnt matter, we trust them to do great work, every time!

If I could give more stars I would. From my initial phone call to picking up my car, Getz Automotive was incredible. I just purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from a used car lot. Obviously that car lot tried to sell me a heap of junk. The people at Getz did an inspection of my car and helped to repair, what ultimately could have seized my engine. There was no question with the amount of work preformed that Getz gave me the best deal possible. Everyone at this shop should be proud to be part of such an honest and amazing company. Went in not exactly sure what to expect with the vehicle issues, but Jack carefully explained the issues, made solid and safe recommendations. On top of that, with a minor parts delay, the vehicle was ready. We added a few minor extras and Jacks final price was just under his orginal estimate. In todays world, finding an honest business may be fairly easy, but finding and honest business with people that truly care, now thats special!If youre having issues with your vehicle and want an honest evaluation, this is definitely the place.

Getz automotive is our go to mechanic shop. They have saved us multiple times by getting our vehicles fixed quicker than anyone else and doing it at an affordable price. We have had them change out our entire break system, fix AC and most recently saved us with a challenging job that we needed done in a pinch. We trust them to be honest and upfront. Great place to do business. Getz diagnosed my car and gave me a price to fix it. Once into the fix, they realized they needed to do extra work to repair it. That extra work didnt require parts but a lot of labor time.. They didnt charge me for that extra time (hours) they spent on my car that they didnt initially price me for. Thats honest business practice and you dont see that very often. Im extremely grateful for the repairs they did. The cost was reasonable compared to others and my car runs better than before. Everyone I spoke with was great. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Getz for now on.

These guys have worked on my moms car for about a year or so now, they have always done a great job at a great price. I just bought a Hummer H3 and was having leaking issues with the Sunroof drains, so I took it in and had it back the same day and no more leaks so far! I appreciate their good customer service and knowledge. I will always bring my truck here if I have an issue, because they quickly identify and fix whatever it may be.

As a woman, Im always nervous when it comes to car repair and finding a good auto shop, but these guys are amazing. I called 4 other shops before them, and was told I needed to schedule an appointment, and they were quite rude on the phone. I also had other mechanics who couldnt figure out the problem. When I spoke to Getz, they were friendly and very helpful on the phone, and told me they would look at the car as soon as I brought it in. Within an hour they figured out the problem, and provided a reasonable rate, including a military discount. If you need your vehicle fixed by people who really care and wont try to scam you, this is the place to go. They are truly phenomenal, kind and professional.

Recently moved to the area and our daughter recommended using Getz to service our vehicles. Have had both in for routine oil & filter change, tire rotation, etc. and couldnt be happier. Good, honest work at a fair price. Nice guys, too! Well be going back regularly for scheduled maintenance. (And, God forbid, any serious issues.)

I went to getz with my 1985 ramcharger needing a rear main seal done. They did it for a great price and did it quick. They needed to take the oil pan off to get to it (which is fine) but they used the same gasket that was on it before and broke the gasket. Along with that a few weeks go by and I notice that the rear main seal was leaking again. So I call them up and tell them whats going on. I bring it in and they say the rear main seal is fine and that I messed with the oil pan because the bolts were moved and the marked them (I dont see any marks on the bolts) also that the leaks are coming from the valve covers specifically. Even though I just replaced the gaskets for the valve covers. I took the truck my buddy whos a mechanic to take a look. Rear main seal is leaking as I thought. I was scammed out of $365.62 for a now broken oil pan gasket that I have to go get a new one and a job that wasnt done properly.

The owner Jack took the time to help me get my car towed all the way back from NJ. Turns out I needed a motor. Jack found me the motor and did numerous other repairs to perfection. When I got the bill I felt is was very fair considering all he did. I couldnt recommend Getz Auto any higher. Do you self a favor and switch mechanics to this company. You wont be sorry.
