Shane and his crew do great work for reasonable prices. They have worked on all our cars. Very no nonsense. They are not gonna try to sell you anything you dont need.

I stopped at the gasdsen Goodyear and the guys there awesome got me In and out and took care all my tire needs. I will definitely be back to do business with them in the future.

I was traveling from out of town and had a flat, and replaced it myself with mini spare and then drove to visit the Goodyear Auto Service to get a puncture repaired. Shane and his staff were very cordial and had nail removed, patch installed, and all three remaining tires checked and the out the door in about 30 minutes. Great job, and thanks again.

Bought my 2sets of tires here last October 2020. Just recently, I went and got my tires check in a different auto shop, only to find out that one of my tires might have a puncture. I called Goodyear auto service to know if I still have a warranty for my tires that I bought from them, but they said that I just have a manufacturers warranty.. still, they asked me to come to the shop, so I did.. They then checked my tires and found a nail on one of the tires.. they patched it up and did auto service for me for free.. Which I didnt expected. Thank you so much.

I have been here for almost AN HOUR! All I needed was my tire patched. The employees are moving slow, there is no sense of urgency here. I will never return here. If my tire wasnt flat I would have went somewhere else. Watched them do an entire oil change in half the time it took to work on my tire!

Bought 2 sets of tires from the shop last October 2020. Had my auto check last week and found out one of my tires might have a puncture or something. So I called and asked if my tires would still be under service warranty and they said its just under manufacturers warranty, but they asked me to come by the shop.. Went and had it checked again, to find out that theres a nail in one of my tires, they patched it up and charged me nothing for the service. It was really a nice gesture. Thank you. I live in Montgomery, the Goodyear Auto Sevice shop is in Gadsden.

I went to get new brakes and rotors and they found wires exposed on one of my tires. They put brakes, rotors, new set of tires and front in aligned for me in under 3 hrs at a price that was affordable to my budget.

Went in to check a tire that was showing low on inside control panel. Come to find out the people that rotated my tires a few months prior did not “reset” it somehow. I believe he called it “learned”. So I had already put air in that tire a couple of times already & the lbs on the panel never moved up or adjusted......because it was not the right tire! Anyhow I may not have explained the story just right but I said all that to say the people there were super nice! I’ll be going there for future oil changes & most likely a set of tires I’ll be needing in a few months. I would highly recommend this store.

We tryed calling them befor going over and no one picked up so we went by there and we got there at 4:15 and the sign said thay didnt close till 5 but no one was here when we needed a tire

We’re from Northern Kentucky and we’re passing through town on the way to visit Family. We noticed that one of our tires was losing pressure so we needed to stop and find the problem. Not only did they get us in right away when they had finished patching the tire and I went to pay, they said there was no charge! Excellent experience. Excellent bunch of guys!

I had a drill bit stuck in my tire. Shane was very nice and professional. They took my suv back right away even at 4:30, fixed it in no time.... recommend this place to anyone

My mother and I are from Rome, Ga and had traveled to Gadsden to pay a bill when she noticed one of her tires going flat, upon further inspection we found a nail in the tire. We pulled into the first automotive place we saw, Goodyear, everyone there was so friendly and not only did they fix our tire but they didn’t even charge my Mom. I highly recommend the guys here at Goodyear Tire Service.

Had to have a tire plugged. Stopped by and they plugged the tire when I get ready to go the guy said no charge. I was wondering what was up and when I got home later I looked at my wheels and they had messed up every one of my lug nuts and didnt say one word about it

Ordered tires 5 days ago off the Goodyear website, get a confirmation email where the tires are supposed to be and get an email confirming the appointment time and get here and get poor service, the tires are not there, supervisor was not helpful and no information on what to do, just said Ill call you if they show up.
