We are traveling and our truck would not start. We called & brought in our 2019 Dodge Ram truck to get checked. We met with Gary the Service Manager & Jaime McKinney the Service Advisor who were very nice to us.. They did a great job getting our truck up and running in less time than anticipated. I Highly recommend this Service Department for the great job they did in getting back on the road.

I took my vehicle in for recall on both front air bags. I was told it was complete. When I picked it up my dash had lights on all over it. I was told it was one issue, (I havent replaced part yet to see if it true yet) but all those lights werent on when I dropped it off. When I went back they told me they didnt have parts for drivers side air bag. So before I was complete now they didnt have parts. Was not a good experience. The people were nice though.

They were professional respectful and very prompt. I would use again gladly

Ordered a 2021 Wrangler Unlimited, April 2021 Full loaded, The vehicle was deffective from factory took a month of arguments, after it arrived. They were nice enough to buy it back, Which acted Like they were doing me a favor, but according to the lemon laws 2 defects or more they are obligated to Replace it. Paint issues All over, But my biggest concern was the Automatic brake system failing It was alerting me to break and Breaking while there were no cars or obstacles around me, It was not alerting when I was close to collision. Safety features going on and off the Menu screen as well as the cameras going on and off, but I was to Take a Fuse on and off every time that happened. How Safe can someone feel if every time they shut the car off and back on you gotta see if your safety features are active?? and the day they bought it back from the the vehicle was back on the lot and website for sale. Did not even wait a week or so to fix the issues for 10K more that what I paid for!.The moment I received the vehicle I noticed the issue but so nice to me making sure I completed the survey Blaming Jeep for the issues and to make sure the survey said that. But wouldn’t a dealership inspect the cars received before they can release that to any customer? This fall’s on management for not inspecting their vehicles. Not only that but when the second one arrived. I had a Loan processed at 10AM when I wasnt even at the dealership till 2:30PM when To begin with I Specifically said they needed to inspect the vehicle before releasing it to me, Well they Didnt. the fact that they were able to pull my credit without asking me or have my signature, to me is considered IDENTITY THEFT! I was Stuck with a. loan at higher interest rate and instead of Fixing their mistake which they admitted they ran my credit 7 TIMES before I was there. but their option was, you can back out of the deal Well This was special ordered TWICE!!! waited 2 months for it, and really tell me you can back out of it??? Didnt even applied my deposit to the new vehicle So lost that! The Manager was RUDE to begin with Not as nice as the first time around.Thats how much they care. Waiting for the next victim to not notice the issues on the vehicle which were more noticeable after the top was off. Paint difference between the door and the frame, accumulated glitter on areas. what looks like a scratch was actually not It was clear coated on top. And they had the guts to tell me They couldnt see it when I first brought it to them to inspect. Was I Blind with these pictures?VIN: 1C4HJXFN1MW737335That’s how I knew the same vehicle I bought that was defective abs not inspected before delivered to my house was back on the market the same exact day they took it from me to “inspect it” and decided to buy it back. Because they will not give me a warranty on writing if the vehicle was to be repainted completely. So I’d this was a factory defected shouldn’t a business inspect the merchandise they receive to make sure they meet their standards to guaranteed quality of product? Instead they could make some money out of it.

My family and I were traveling from Louisiana to Tennessee when my right passenger brake locked up. We were able to get the truck to Team One Chrysler. We showed up 5 minutes after the service department shut down. However, the service department was still there and worked overtime to fix my truck. They did not have the parts in stock, but Mr. Steve, the service department manager, himself, when to a local store to get the parts to repair my truck. I am very grateful and highly recommend Team One Chrysler. They were fast, polite, and accommodating throughout the whole experience.

Nice salesman but poor follow up.Bought a car here two weeks ago from an awesome salesman, however, Im moving here from out of state and my cars paperwork was sent to my previous state of residence. Ive been attempting to reach Harrison from finance for two days to get the paperwork emailed to me so I can register the car legally here. Seems simple enough, but I havent had much luck. Hoping to receive the paperwork soon! Would love to make this a 5 star review as I really love the car and found most of the people there friendly and helpful.

I bought a dodge challenger for my son. I was wanting to pay cash but was talked into financing stating that it would save me money. Come to find out after the 90 days when I go to pay the car off. I owed more than I started out with owing. When I went to talk to someone for help they were very condescending and not helpful. They didnt care to help at all. I will never buy from here again. We ended up spending $5000 more by doing what was supposed to save us money. I should have just paid cash. They are liars and not wiling to help at all

We had a great experience. Went there expecting the payments to be a lot more than we wanted and left with a brand new Journey! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I was not pressured at all!

I set an appointment to buy a truck that did not exist. When I arrived, the sales person told me that he sold it wholesale before I arrived. Two other salesmen said it was never there,it was sold previously at the Team one chevrolet. This CostTwo hours and 90 miles for the crooked salesman (not sure of spelling) to tell me he knew it wasnt there. This is a sorry, lazy crooked way to sale vehicles.

Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately upon my arrival. I can’t remember if they gentleman told me his name or not but I most likely wouldn’t have remembered it anyway. Didn’t really matter. He was friendly and he already knew my name without having to ask. I was impressed. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was a little longer than I would’ve liked (hour and 30min) but my truck was washed when I got it back and it was taken care of so I don’t mind waiting a little longer to get that kind of service. Overall experience was fantastic. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time.

They do a great job. They are usually really fast and do the job right the first time. They are very affordable. They do not price gouge. I would recommend them with high praise. They take pride in their work and will not rip you off.

Team One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is under new management and Benjamin Buckner, Matthew Posey, and Phillip Walker worked together to put together a deal on the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that we just purchased, that I just couldnt turn down. All the smoke and mirrors that you are used to getting out of a car dealership wasnt there during this purchase. They were honest from the get go and it was a great experience. If youve had a bad experience with this dealership in the past, give them another try. They are under new management and its a world of difference doing business there. Give them a chance to earn your business if youre in the market for a vehicle. We were very pleased that we did.

First of all I called and said I had the cash for the 97 Toyota 4runner. They took my number, name, then texted and said okay come on. I got there, test drove it produced the cash. The salesman left with the paperwork and came back saying the vehicle had sold right before I got there. I drove 30mi and because multiple salesman posted the vehicle on marketplace apparently no one knew what was going on. Unorganized and didnt get the vehicle I had thought I was going to.
