They are always very professional and quick to respond

Took my computer for repair. They had it fixed the next day. Reasonable rates, and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need.

I work for a law firm in downtown Gadsden, and a technician was sent by Network Solutions, named Jayden. I cannot commend ENOUGH his expertise, patience, politeness, and general obvious concern for the customer (client). He went above and beyond, and deserves a huge level of praise. Kudos for hiring such incredible technicians! He deserves a raise! It was so refreshing to see a young technician come in, help us, answer all questions, and exert a level of professionalism, that Network Solutions should be proud of!! 5 Stars! I’d give Jayden 12 if I could!!

This is the best place to go for any type of computer repair. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They can do anything computer related, such as build and host websites, virus removal, custom computer builds, home and business networking, email hosting, etc. They also have branched out into the smart home field and are a Control 4 dealer which is the best smart home system out right now. If you have any computer problems or have been thinking about setting up your house with a top notch smart home system then this is the place to call. You will never go wrong putting your home or business computer needs in their hands. I cant say enough good things about this company and I wouldnt imagine using anyone else around town.

This company over charges for internet service as well as web design services and its all part of the fact it is an internet based franchise and none of the products and services it provides are their own. Yet they somehow can afford to over charge people for the same things they can get anywhere else for nearly half the price. My professional opinion would be to not use this company at all.
