Very good truck stop. Lots of parking. Best thing for me is it has Starbucks. Thats nice. It is very good for travelers and cars too. Shopping, restaurants, coffee, gas and diesel. The truck stop also has tire service, repair service, oil lube, total 6 gates of truck service. Thats great.

The cooked food is not as good as it use to be especially breakfast ...use to have a good hot breakfast not any more

Decent location as far as finding food. But we went to get in the shower and in the corner of the shower was a dirty wash rag. Which told me that the shower hadnt been cleaned. This is the first time i have experienced this since Ive been riding with my bf. Will for sure be checking showers from now on.

Gas station is very nice, it has its own Lounge were you can see TV and take a break and sleep. Nice clean and good prices. Inside it has a Popeyes & a Starbucks.

Big parking lot! Drivers Lounge, Variety of restaurants near by. Starbucks on site. Truck shop. Would have gave a 5star but I recommend they upgrade their showers.

The cashier was rude as hell. Im sick and could barely use my voice, she insisted I was being cocky, didnt let me try to explain myself. Wont spend my money here again

Now this is a gas station/ truck stop! Clean, pleasant staff, decent prices and well laid out. There is a Starbucks and a Popeyes attached as well. But seriously, how clean this place is was stupid impressive.

It has what we drivers mainly need most, plenty of parking. I got there late on a week night and there was plenty of parking. Nice place and no complaints. As a bonus that day, the Cherry Street Baptist Church of Attalla AL was handing out generous goodie bags and a bottled water to truck drivers as they left the lot. Very nice and appreciated.

Petro was clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Popeyes on the other hand had 2 and a half working. I say half because one person had ear budd in (four others including the manager walking around) and the twenty minutes it took to get waited on with only two people a head of me. Chicken sandwich was on point but the service is lacking. Lady did not even remove her headphones to take my my order only said You want what? Then I gave her my order. Dont go here if you dont have time to wait just to be waited on let alone wait for your food. Three stars because the food was good.

For the most part the service was acceptable except for there was a group of employees or so have a lot of employees that were behind the counter complaining and not working for instance like checking customers out at the registers. Most of them had nothing good to say about anyone they mentioned and everyone of them mentioned feeling in the way. This was at a very late time period at night too and even though they were open 24 hours it appears all of them were better off asleep.

Lots of amenities. Lots of food options inside, along with Popeyes and Starbucks connected to both ends of it.

Not bad, restroom was clean, had plenty of variety of products inside the store. didnt bother with Starbucks or Popeyes. Was happy that the fuel was Shell brand. Thats where I try to fuel up since I work at one. 4*

Got gas, Shell. All of the supplies to clean my windshield were available. Well maintained and clean and had more than water in the buckets.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. And I’ve never been to any bad Starbucks. They are out of everything and the girl there has a bad attitude. If she is the manager she isn’t suppose to belittle employees in front of customers or stop in the middle of taking orders to ask an employee a why question. I didn’t order anything after being told there was no caramel for the coffee that is on the menu.

Starbucks made my day with a free sandwich because they ran out of the two I really wanted. I hope they don’t get in trouble. But I tipped 3 bucks for their generosity.

The store is clean and stocked but the employees are HORRIBLE! I stop often because its convenient and every single time I cringe at the staff. They are slow, rude, and not helpful.

2/20/20 5:20am on video camera your cashier old heavy set white guy let a woman walk out the store with free coffee ask her is it all she got said go ahead I came up same coffee charges me $2.41 . I started to get loud but trying to have a calm day. If you going to let someone walk out with free coffee let all.... not fair do it again I will make sure all the shoppers know because I can get very loud and ugly.

Great service and politely staff, I talk to the shop manager I told him about my experience on T/A in Louisiana, he said those people dont like money. He put me right away on the bay and fix the hub seal in less than an hour I was impressed also they fix my head light bulb, they are a real professionals.

Hats off to Cody in the repair shop. I had many questions on tires. Cody gladly took the time to show me all my options and explain pros and cons from a variety of brands. Thanks to Cody and the shops price on tires, I have decided to purchase 8 drives for my class 8 truck. I will certainly tell my friends.

Kind of small and Popeyes sucks. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. They got my order wrong not once but twice. Then cheated me out on my portions by not filling the side items up all the way. I ordered a 3 piece and they gave me a 2 piece. They not only screwed up my order but other peoples too and then think its funny while they sit on their phones behind the counter. Petro itself is small but pretty good.

Just a very convenient store for more than just fuel.

The only thing I can say good about this store is it is clean and bathrooms clean; however, the employees are extremely rude and hateful. Especially Yvonne Wilkerson... my family and I were staying close by and we patroned this store 4xs in 24 hours... she was very consistent with her mouth everytime.

Experienced the worst customer service today (1-14-2020) at 5:15am from Ernie. My Husband stood in line to purchase a shower. Ernie told him I dont ring up showers go to the register down there. So we moved to the next register - Ernie pointed to the Petro Associate that we needed to get to ring up our shower. I definitely have to say: Ernie you are a poor, sad excuse of an employee.

Nice stop on my 100 mile commute. Clean store. Friendly staff. They always bring up more people if there is a line.

Large semi parking area. Private truck wash in lot. Mechanics were good and quick. Restrooms needed to be cleaned up but were decent. Showers were clean and stocked older but good laundry was 3.00 a load and 3.00 to dry 30 kin wash 90 min dry. Popeyes and god gathers pizza for food choices. Fuel bays were clean but it was raining so was a little slippery.

Didnt eat here but the parking lot is big. However it smells.... Starbucks and Popeyes incase you wanted to know took awhile to replace two trailer tires.

Not sure about stopping here for gas again, the pump kept cutting off when I was filling my car up and the machine wouldnt print out my receipt (I was on my way to work and didnt have time to go inside just for a receipt). Prices are too high on their drinks as well. However, the place is clean, there is a good variety of different items (not only snacks but there are also CDs, DVDs, and other things), and the people are nice every time I visit. 3 stars.

Decent place to stop and take a break, no hot food other than Popeyes inside the store on the weekends. Has a Starbucks and a Jacks next door. Parking lot smells like piss thanks to all the nasty drivers too lazy and dump their stash in the grass. Showers very small and very outdated. Bathrooms only 2 stalls so just hope not a lot of people “gotta go” at the same time

We stopped in to park for the night andOrdered a large pizza..was very good but my complaints are that the prices in petro stores are WAY too high....and you dont have regular milk in the cooler....only offer lactose free milk and I dont drink that...i am a milk drinker and this place cant offer regular white milk

This facility needs a complete upgrade, the bathroom was old and no ventilation so it smells REALLY BAD,same with the showers, old and need a complete overhaul, besides the restaurant across the street and Starbucks and popeyes, there would be no other reason to stop here,The truth of the matter is,after I started my day I noticed a Loves truck stop at the 174 exit, stopped there and would of went there and stayed in a clean updated place, rather than the Petro, my feeling is and I own a business, if your competition is all updated and clean than you either try to keep up or close, Petro/TA is not making an investment in this location

Area smells very bad especially at the fuel islands. Showers are okay and so is laundry room. Truck shop is nice and handy. Parking lot could use a major clean up and the surrounding areas.

Yuck! The parking lot reeks of urine. The showers were clean but like cells with no counter space and curtains on the showers. Hot but not much water pressure. Store staff all need to be trained on customer service. They clearly hate their jobs. We ate at the Popeyes. It was clean and the food was good. No complaints at the fuel island.

The shower in this Petro was disgusting defintely marking this one off not to stop in ever again. Mold on the inside of shower. Definitely needs to be retrained on how to clean a shower properly.

The service at Petro was nice but cant say the same for popeyes service..been there couple of times and everytime had to deal with a rude cashier with an attitude. If you cant handle customer service then dont work in one, just a simple hello will make one feel welcome..i gave 3 stars for petro..0 stars for Popeyes.

Rude people working there. Popeyes prices are jacked way up, even for a truck stop. Parking lot smells like decay and filth. Didnt bother with the showers, just found a nice stop up the road. Only good thing about it was Starbucks. I would pass this one up.

Plenty of parking. Popeyes, Starbucks, and hot food bar like hamburgers and biscuits in the mornings. Always the fresh smell of chicken trucks. Shop is really good probably one of the best shops in the country. Very small bathroom only two stalls in truck stop (greatly out numbers the parking spaces so sometimes you just have to get in line). Usually can always get in and find a spot. Truck wash is ok.

For starters if you dont eat chicken you dont eat they close down there kitchen for the hot dar on the weekends the bathroom was an other story on it own doors that dont close dirty was not happy at all and will not drive out of my way to come here again truck drivers dont live 9:00 to 5:00 other people dose, no respect for drivers at all

It gets 2 stars because there is a laundry facility, but the restrooms near laundry area stink like dirty water. The odor is unbearable. Obviously not upto Petro standards. (hospital grade sanitation not practiced here). No full service restaurant. The TV lounge carpet is filthy.

Not the greatest petro but not the worst.... its an old building, showers could use updating but were clean, and Popeyes was the best thing. Just have to watch out for the billybigriggers and steering wheel holding foreign rookie idiots who come flying up the driveway like its a racetrack... plus the fact that people in Alabama drive like complete morons... of course its a state where the degenerate rednecks f*** their cousins so no surprise.
