Very friendly and helpful, I am not a Verizon customer but I was having a serious problem with my phone that my provider couldnt get fixed. The Verizon store was willing to try even though I am not a subscriber.

I have gone here twice now. Both times the wait was terribly long. Then they gave me the wrong information. I ended up having to go to North Carolina Shelby Verizon store to get resolution and correct answers and my phone fixed.
