You need to update your testing reservation system to accept phone numbers for people who are visiting the US and have longer than 10 digit numbers. A friend had to use my phone number and I did not care for that.Otherwise pretty good store
Horrible place,Called hours in advanced to check & see if I could get my prescription filled. They said they could verify online.Counter person was judgemental & RUDE & when I told them I was changing pharmacies because walmart was too expensive for me to get my medicine and the other pharmacy wouldnt fill my prescription because my telecom was based in California she then proceeded to give me a LOOK & went in the back and convinced the SAME PERSON I TALKED TO THAT MORNING to call my doctor to verify. When my doctor didnt answer (probably because shes busy, because she works from home & has kids.)vthey told me they wouldnt fill my prescription.If you use teledoc services, are a chronic pain patient, or in substance abuse treatment I suggest that you get another pharmacy because this place is an absolute mess.
Worst experience Ive ever had been waiting on meds to be filled for 3 days they where sent in Tuesday its now Thursday and they just now tell me they dont have them in stock that they dont have control over whats ordered or what they receive they dont know when they will receive them. I asked to speak to the head of the pharmacy they connected me to the store manager who had no idea what I was asking or anything about how the pharmacy works she then transferred me back and I was on hold for 20 mins before the line disconnected.

Dropped off a prescription was told an hour showed up an hour and a half later it still wasnt done waited a total of two and a half hours.... unacceptable .Wont be back your store is ran by incompetency .

Every time I try to pickup photos here its like pulling teeth. Staff will ignore you and/or put off coming to the photo counter even after being asked. I get they might be busy, but leaving you standing there for 20min when they know youre there isnt acceptable. Ive learned my lesson. Enough is enough. This place is a joke.
I was in the store to get pictures printed and to also have Christmas cards printed. Robin Dole, was working in the photo department and she was Fabulous. She went over and beyond to help me. I know that during the holidays it can be extra busy and she was more than willing to help me get my order placed and get it done quickly. Great Customer Service! Thanks Robin!!!

This is the worst managed pharmacy I have ever been to. Im just trying to get my prescription filled that theyve had for 3 days!!!!! Sat on hold for 20 minutes today just to be continuously placed on hold and then hung up on!! I will go out of my way to not use this Walgreens as its ALWAYS a hassle.

Horrible service never fails. Call in script 8 hrs in advance even 24 hrs yet everytime make me wait at least 15 mins to fill. Every 2 weeks I have to go through this b.s. this place is a joke.
This is the absolute SLOWEST drive through i’ve ever been to. The service is awful and the workers NEVER know what’s going on. I do not recommend using walgreens for your pharmacy. i have been waiting over 30 minutes in a long line of cars and the line hasn’t moved. ridiculous.
The employees are friendly and helpful but the pharmacy is nice but slow wait time is sometimes long.
Staff is pleasant. Medicines are frequently only partial fills. Which is ridiculous when it is insulin. You know you have so many diabetics. You know they need it. Order the proper amount.
The photo department at the Gaffney location is lacking. Canvases not ready because of lack of supplies, damaged corners, scratches. Be sure to check the items before leaving the store. I am a graphic designer and print canvas samples and digital canvas portraits and I had issues multiple times, but because of the convenience I tried again and again. I will not be using them anymore.
This pharmacy is consistently understaffed, chaotic, and sometimes even inaccurate in the filling of prescriptions. On numerous occasions I’ve had to insist that the technicians process my prescriptions over again, because they cannot seem to understand the drug manufacturer’s discount policy. I’m seriously considering writing or calling the Walgreens’ corporate headquarters because this is absurd. I’ve been in line - twice today - for over 25 minutes each time only to be told that the prescription isn’t ready. When I call, it usually takes about 20 minutes before someone answers the phone. Ridiculous.

I was in there today, and couldnt find anyone to help me. The elderly lady in there was acting like i interupted her from having a good time and not doing anything. Whenever I told her I would try another place she gave me an attitude.
Ive been on the phone on hold for over an hour trying to get a prescription filled that was dropped off. The automated system has no record of it and they apparently are refusing to answer the phone. I am still on hold on two separate phones trying to get through. This is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldnt give them one star but thats the only way to post a review. I guess the only other option is to drive to the store and wait in line there as well
Walgreens in general is a great store, and excellent pharmacy. However, this one brings Walgreens to shame. The employes are rude. The store layout is slightly confusing, the bathrooms have a keypad lock on them and when asking to use the restroom I am told its for employees only. Then why have a sign that says public restrooms? I asked for help when looking for a product and was told its over there somewhere. What happened to the loving service? I highly enjoy Walgreens but this one is a disgrace.
They have done a lot better with there drive thru thats for sure. I remember when the lines were insanely long with a longer wait..i remember waiting 15 minutes in line and i couldnt back up to leave because it was a vehicle behind me..but i applaud Walgreens for making it so much easier with speedy service and no long time waiting periods...

It bothers me that the people of this town complain so much, all the time. Instead of complaining, why not think that this is the only Walgreens we have in town to get our prescriptions and our most basic needs, and thats the reason why its always so busy. Because the whole town of Gaffney is constantly in and out of this place! Stop being such cry babies complaining about every single thing. Boohoo, I had to wait for them to fill my prescription, boohoo they didnt pick up the phone. Guess what? Try driving to the nearest Walgreens to get your prescriptions filled and see if you make it back home faster than the time you had to wait at the drive thru! Also, think about not using the drive-thru so much and get some exercise, park your car and walk in! Ive never had an issue at this pharmacy, and Jazmine is so nice and helpful all the time. Also, the store seems to be under new management, and looks brand new inside. So Gaffney, stop complaining and start appreciating! Peace.

This the most disorganized pharmacy i have ever seen .Had to transfer here due to the fact they bought out rite aide. Transfered to rite aide before because this place made major screw ups .i had 3 perscriptions the pills were in the wrong bottles . My allergie med was in the bottle for my blood pressure med. My blood pressure med was in was in the bottle marked for my vit.DMy vit D was in the allergie bottle. If scripts are checked 3 times how did this happen .when i asked the pharmacist blew it off well you know what your pills look like right.They dont file insurance right. Husband med should have been free after filing both insurance. He had to tell them that.They had to order 2 more months of one of my meds . They had 1 i picked that one up they are saying i picked up both .no i picked up one you had to order they other

The Gaffney SC pharmacy is a complete joke. Which I have already made a formal complaint . Had my Dr not called an antibiotic to this location I would and rather should have had it forwarded to my new non walgreen pharmacy. I have went by twice to pick this medicine up and every time been told it would be later than the time I came before to pick it up. Lesson learned, call tomorrow and get that pharmacy changed with my doc.

The cashier was very rude and condescending when I asked her a question regarding Walgreens program that clips coupons start to my Walgreens card. I asked for a manager, but he seemed mad that he had to deal with a situation. I tried to tell him what happened, but he cut me off and told me to just call corporate.

You will usually wait around 10 minutes to get a pharmacist then be disconnected. If you need a chain pharmacy in Gaffney you may as well go to a supermarket or Wal Mart.
My experience was great, two young ladies that were in the photo printing department were very helpful, I had a Western Union problem and they solved it for me, even called me back to tell me my issue was resolved!

Took three trips, two and a half hours to get a prescription filled. They finally tell me on the third visit, the medication has to be paid for before it is filled. So I pay and have to wait another 20 minutes.
Worst pharmacy, and I have tried to over look a lot of things . However, tonight when I was in line before 10pm, behind the one car you took forever to wait on; it was ridiculous for you to close the pharmacy in front of me. Yes it was late, however, I was there late because of a screw up on your part. Now, its another day without meds.
