ILLEGAL AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.Overcharging when the tag says $6.99 and rings up $12.43Then yelled at me when I questioned it. I dont know who owns this location but your employees need to be informed on legal business tactics. But as the man yelled at me. I got my deal as if getting the price on the tag is them doing me a favor.... False advertisement is serious business.

I deal with NAPA everyday, but I am glad it is not this NAPA. I needed some parts delivered to a stranded driver 1.8 miles from their store. They informed me that they only deliver to shops! They were not friendly or helpful. Thankfully one of their competitors was.
